Very patient and professional. Hernan, the Project Manager, was very professional and responsive. Unlike many other contractors we've hired, Hernan was on site every day to make sure things were going well. He was very receptive to constructive feedback and requests for minor deviations. Hernan and the Sales Rep, Scott were extremely helpful in finding us solutions to the nationwide supply shortage. Transblue is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever hired, and we plan to bring them back for future projects.

I got 4 or 5 names from Home Advisor. One was a no show. One had a ridiculously high price. Two were competitive, and I chose Transblue based on my conversation with the bidder. I'm glad I did. My project involved both concrete and asphalt work, and everything was top-notch.

Took over seven months to do a backyard patio project. They switched project managers twice (without notice), project managers were the only ones keeping the workers performing at an acceptable standard. When ever they removed a project manager the work suffered, jobs had to be redone over and over. Never saw or heard from the owner again after initial contact, even when jobs where being done incorrectly. He would avoid contact even to the point of sending administrative staff or unsupervised workers to my home instead of dealing with me himself. Money not worth the headache of dealing with Transblue Arlington ownership team.

We could not be happier with our results from Transblue! From start to finish, the team was prompt, courteous, super knowledgeable and helpful. They transformed our unappealing mulch-covered backyard into a beautiful pet-friendly and enjoyable location for our whole family. As you can see from the pictures, they expertly modified the patio to a smaller size (not an easy job since itâ s stamped concrete), removed the mulch (that has been tracking into our townhouse), and replaced it with beautiful artificial grass with gravel underneath for drainage. As you can see from the before after, it is a vast improvement, and the overall project was quoted significantly lower than competitors we spoke to in the area. All in all, we would definitely recommend Transblue and a huge thanks to Hernan and Scott for getting this done so fast!

I had a deck built (new construction) in my back yard. Scott was a very knowledgeable sales rep who met me at my house and helped me think through the different items I wanted. After signing the proposal I was contacted by a project manager who came to the site with his lead worker to discuss the fine details. From there the project started 2 weeks later and was completed 3 days after that. This was mid-July 2021. I didn't expect such a quick turnaround. The deck came out incredible. Very high quality. Transblue has done a great job finding a bunch of great people to working for them. You can tell every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Transblue just finished putting in a paver patio for us in the backyard as well as power washing and staining/repairing our old fence. Once they were able to get started they were there every day bright and early and finished really fast. Hernan was our PM and was responsive and available via text he responded within minutes to every text or question. The crew was polite and hard working - special shout out to Junior who persevered by himself one day when a colleague was out sick. Couldn't have been happier with the communications, quality and final outcome, would highly recommend Transblue to anyone.

Transblue was responsive to our needs and special situation. The work was good and the project was completed in a timely manner. It is much easier now to move up the hill.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Transblue Arlington performed in replacing our concrete driveway, and would recommend them and use them again. We used Transblue to replace a concrete driveway, from the sidewalk to the back of our carport. We also had them change out the seven (7) support posts for our front porch and carport. Four (4) of these posts were in the area where the existing concrete was being replaced, which required temporary support for the carport roof while the old carport concrete was removed and the new base poured. It was clear that the crew that was doing the concrete work was extremely experienced, and used to working together. This showed in the quality of the work. Our house à ¢à  à  over 60 years old à ¢à  à  previously had concrete blocks as the footers under the support posts. The Transblue crew dug new footers for the replacement posts in the area they poured the concrete. They also did an excellent job on the support post replacement, working efficiently to make sure the new posts were properly placed and plumb.

My husband and I hired Transblue to install a concrete patio. They offered a great price and the initial meeting for the estimate was great. The customer service and communication became almost nonexistent once we signed the contract and paid the down payment. There was also an issue with the concrete truck that Transblue told us we needed to handle and then work with the concrete company for repayment. My husband had to reach out to the general manager on numerous occasions to get things taken care of. Although the project came out great, the customer service really put a damper on everything and left a sour taste in our mouths.

Its rare when you can say nothing went wrong with the project but that is what I can say about the work Transblue did. They were easy to deal with, efficient and very professional. They transformed an old 70 year old driveway into a lovely cement driveway, paver walkway, and paver patio. The whole experience was really fun and stressfree- not easy to say about many projects. I really enjoyed working with TransBlue. Very easy to set up an appointment to get an estimate. Once work started the guys were extremely efficient. The team went the extra mile in terms of both hours worked to complete the project in the promised time frame as well as putting in extra work to be sure the deck met their standards without asking. Very responsive. Stayed on budget. Did extra work to do it right, rather than blindly stick to work order. Eric the project manager was outstanding as well. Really excellent communicator and he was here every day keeping me updated. Great experience. They will definitely be my first call on our next project outside.

I hired this team to install new fences around our home. I was very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the team. Our fences look great and the whole process was very easy and fast. I had an excellent experience with Transblue Arlington. They built a beautiful walkway that connects my driveway with the back of my house. I hired them because their staff inspired a lot of confidence and communicated very well. They delivered the work on time and were very responsive to my requests. I asked them to widen one section of the walkway and they did so at no extra cost. I was expecting an increase of at least 10%, but they told me that they had enough material to complete the work according to my wishes. I recommend this company without reservations.

It was really professional, it wasn't the experience I would expect from a contractor. It was nice being able to ask for a job, having the job done and having it done great.
