the serviceman contacted me and within 45 minutes he was here,he found the problem and fixed it immediately.he asked me on the phone the model of the furnace so he knew what parts to have with so the problem could be fixed as soon as possible.TOTALLY,TOTALLY,TOTALLY,PROFFESSIONAL.TRANSITE IS IN MY ADDRESS BOOK.And thanks also from service magic.I would also like to add that I never heard from the other company
