Translucent Pool Services

Randy is a nice guy. However, we hired him to clean our pool and the quality of work was poor and inconsistent from the beginning. We regularly had algae growing on the sides of the pool because he was not cleaning properly or weekly, as we hired him to do. When we discussed the algae with him, he blamed it on a bush in the yard for shedding leaves. Even though we never had algae growing before with our previous pool service, even with the bush. So, we cut back the bush and we continued to have algae because he still wasn't cleaning the pool well or weekly. He regularly only came every other week when we were paying him for a weekly service, and was needing to shock the pool every other week because he had skipped the prior week. I work from home so I know for a fact when he came and when he did not. So, I would text him and let him know on multiple occasions that he did not come for service that week. He always had an excuse for why he hadn't come that week. I asked him to give us a heads up when he wasn't going to come that week and he agreed to do that and never did. He also stepped on the lid for the skimmer and broke it. My husband witnessed him step on it and Randy said he would replace it. It took 6 months for Randy to follow through and replace the lid he broke. We brought it up to him multiple times and he had an excuse each time why he hadn't replaced it yet. These problems continued for 9 months and my husband spoke with him as well about the condition of the pool and how he hadn't fixed the lid and was only coming every other week even though we were paying for weekly. Randy apologized and assured us that he would correct the issues. However, his poor performance and inconsistent service continued so we had to discontinue service. When I cancelled the service and asked Randy to refund us for the next month of service (it had already been paid on automatic payment, even though he had not started service for that month), Randy ignored my message and did not refund me. Overall, Randy's service was more of a headache than anything else and he does not do a good or consistent job cleaning.

Great customer service and quality work!

I had another pool guy that was servicing our pool. Iâ  m not sure what he was doing but my pool was green and stayed green for weeks. I called Randy on Friday he came Saturday and fixed the issue in a day! He came on Monday to double check everything was in order which is was. This guy knows what he is doing and is worth every penny. I signed a contract with him that day. Itâ  s refreshing to work with a family business that is so kind. They are hard to come by these days. I would Recommend him to anyone that wants a 10 star service. Thank you Randy for coming and saving our pool just in time to enjoy before summers over!

Randy was extremely helpful and honest. He saved us hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs. My pool is cleaner than it's been in months!

He was on time, he was super friendly and explained every detail, he also is super knowledgeable about what he is doing!

This is the smallest pool I've had in the most expensive service to pay for I don't mind paying for the service however my pool is awful is cloudy! I will not be using it for the holiday weekend very disappointed. I should have. NOT signed a contract with this guy I will get out of it. He told me I need to drain my pool I drain my pool September of 2020 why would I have to drain my pool again within a year not good..
