Write a ReviewNeeded a pool equipment repair. They came out and gave a quote on the work needing to be done. I agreed on the repair quote and the repair was scheduled for the next week. The repair was completed and was even less than the estimate. Translucent Pools adjusted the estimate to a lower amount than was quoted. The repair and the customer service was exceptional

Super nice people.
Brandon came right on time. He checked out the problems I was having with the pool and pump system and suggested what I could do myself. I hired him to start as my new pool guy in 2 weeks after I give my current pool guy a 2 weeks notice.
Knowledgeable knew what he was doing and did a good when he said he would.
Great Customer Service!
Do not hire. Poor quality and customer service. I hired TP to maintain my pool (add chlorine, empty baskets and brush walls) while we were out of town for the month of July. We returned home to find the valves adjusted and the variable speed motor and controller reprogrammed to different speeds. Pool would only run at half speed. Technician acknowledged he had made the adjustments and was unable to return the settings to original state. Technician submitted a service request for Branden to contact me and resolve the problem. Waited 1.5 days for him to contact me but he didn't. I left a voicemail and he returned the call. He made suggestions of what needed to be done but never apologized or told me a time he would be coming out to fix the issue. I had no confidence in TP's abilities and told him I would have someone else come out to resolve and would let him know the results. The new company was able to correct the issues and cost me $93. Branden refused to reimburse me for the $93 stating I didn't give him a chance to fix it. He didn't offer to reimburse the $85 he charged for the service. Extremely poor customer service and training/knowledge of pools.
Brandon was very knowledgeable, and did a super job cleaning our pool and explaining what needed to be done on repairs. We were very much aware repairs were needed so he wasn't springing anything on us! grateful we found someone to keep our pool functioning and clean!
