Prompt service. Jerry arrived 1/2 hour after call was placed on a Saturday night.The room was full of bees which he was able to dispatch along with the nest in the wall. Great service. Highly recommended.

Jerry was very reliable and always called and followed through on the work as agreed. I am disappointed he was not able to trap and remove the woodchuck that tunneled through my walkway. He put wire by my steps to keep it out.

Jerry was timely, respectful of our property, knew what he was talking about and did a terrific job. He gave us sound advice. I would definitely recommend him! He was patient and explained what he was doing and why before he did anything. We live in a log home and had some type of insect eating away that was not causing the normal sawdust debris. He checked out everything to find the cause and guarantees his work!

Gerald called same day as request and treated an enormous hornets nest that day. He returned two days later to remove the nest and also treated a new nest being started. He is efficient and professional. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

Trap Tech responded quickly to my inquiry. An inspection was done both inside and outside my home to determine any problems. A recommendation was made to solve my problem and a spraying was done the next day to prevent future problems. I was pleased with the quoted price. FAST response (same day service!). Very communicative, professional and got rid of the rodents in my walls & ceiling on the first attempt.
