They were on time. Did their work quickly and efficiently. We paid less than anticipated. Would call them for any other plumbing work we need in the future.

Trap master worked very hard with us to keep the price down and do the plumbing the way we wanted. 5 stars for that part! They were on the job immediately the NEXT DAY following the estimate in spite of the threat of heavy rain! Again 5 stars for that as well. My only complaint is that I believe that for 10 min extra effort at start with a little care, and 10 min extra at the end, they could have done a much better job of refilling the hole leaving most of the sod (grass) back on top instead of just shlepping it all back in the hole, leaving me with 20 x15 foot oval of sand ( we live not that far from the shore lake Mich. ) . It will take me at least 3 days hard work and all summer to grow grass back on that patch of lawn. I would still hire Trapmaster again because of quick response time, fair price, and they are NOT out to gouge you for more money when extra effort and a little more time is needed to complete the job. The Boss can be just a touch smug, but otherwise good character and an HONEST business man. His Crew are all hardworking, efficient, and very courteous.

First appointment canceled for a bigger job with no notice till I called. 2nd appointment prompt and efficient. And by far the better price. I thought pipping could have been run better but I'm not a plummer.

When I called to schedule they were ready to come out the next day. I ended scheduling a week out due to my schedule. The day of there was a major storm. Many people's basements were flooded. I did not expect them to make due to the emergencies- very understandable. When I called to check (expecting to reschedule) we said that " I promised you we would put the back up pump in today. If it can come early evening we will be there." Sure enough they came, worked quickly but with quality, cleaned up and explained the system to me. Highly recommend!

Came out when they said they would. Both workers were polite and work was completed successfully. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were wonderful, did a very good job, didn't leave a mess behind. Very professional, and polite.

Brain came out next morning gave a quote and was able to trench 5ft wide and 14ft deep (a HUGE project) and successfully repaired our water main leak.

The work he did seems good. However, he didn't return phone calls when he said he would, it took three weeks for him to schedule the project and get it completed (although part of the delay was due to waiting to get the pump from his supplier who was out of stock), and when he finished the project, he didn't have his receipt book with him. He said he would mail me a receipt and I still haven't received one. As I said, the work he did seems fine but I wish he had maintained better, more punctual contact with me.

We have a rental property, we live over 2 hours away; Trapmasters replaced a bad fixture in the bathroom at a very fair price. We will call them for any future plumbing work.

Was very satisfied with the work preformed, we are planning more remodeling work in the house and plan to call Trapmasters back to do that work as well.

We had a rough start trying to correlate schedules around my work and his already scheduled clients, but he fit me in promptly, came over and was friendly and fast. He cleared my clogged drain in about 15 minutes! And the price was the cheapest...I called around. I was very satisfied with his work I even gave a business card to the maintenance department where I work. Trapmasters comes highly recommended by me.
