I just want to take a moment to recognize the absolute fantastic service I received from Trash Out Services LLC. Mr. Paul was prompt, professional, and incredibly personable from start to finish. What impressed me the most was how last minute my pickup request was. I requested service the day before, and was serviced promptly within the exact service window provided. That level of reliability and professionalism is hard to find these days. What really stood out to me was the fact that after completing my service, Mr. Paul even pulled my trash can back from the road for me. That may seem like a small gesture to some, but nowadays that type of customer service is rare. The entire experience honestly felt good and took me back to a time when the little things truly mattered and people took pride in treating customers with kindness and respect. I accepted this bid because they described the job accurately, then they failed to do what I understood the job to be, despite taking their bid which was 2x the next one. I ended up spending another third the cost of the job to buy the tools to finish it myself.

Paul was one of three companies I called and was the only one who was willing to come out and see the job before giving me a quote. Mr. Mumford didn't take advantage of a bad situation by way of giving our office a sterilization cleaning. He charged us his normal rate, did a superb job and. if needed, he will definitely be hired again. At a minimum, I would recommend his services to any commercial or residential (if applicable) property in the Metro area.
