DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He is a con artist. I paid $1200 as a 3/4 downpayment for work on my house. He disappeared after just beginning the work and did not answer messages of phone, e-mail, through Homeadvisor, or voicemail. He has taken my money. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

The rep was pleasant enough but couldn't find the problem. Called in a supervisor who was unable to solve the problem. They spent time and the charge was minimal. They need to look more professional. Ditch the dirty t-shirt and baggy jeans. Very nice, though.

Eric from Tray's Contracting came over and we agreed on the amount to be paid. Eric cut 1 branch and told me his saw was dull and would be over on Wed. He contacted me on Tues or Wed. and told me his saw was broken and I have not heard a word from him since then. This is a very undependable company and I'm very disappointed that it had to turn out this way.

Eric did a terrific job of power washing my house and detached garage. The project turned out to be more complicated than it initially appeared, but Eric worked through the problems for a very successful result. Will definitely hire again for future projects.
