When it comes to follow up on service, they are slow and inefficient. It has taken them several trips to attempt to fix one problem. They constantly make promises that they do not fulfill. They do not return phone calls, leaving me very frustrated with deteriorated shingles.

Let me start by saying it was Dec 22 (a Sunday) Troy Martin got back to me right away and came over to assess the damage of my roof. Had his crew here Monday morning Dec 23 9am sharp. They did a excellent job and would highly recommend them. Will be using them again in the future for any roof issues. Great price, quality product, excellent work and very reliable.

Said they would come back, but never did.. charged me $1600.00 for repairs on the roof. Said they would come back, but never did! I am a Senior Citizen. Very disappointing.
