When it comes to follow up on service, they are slow and inefficient. It has taken them several trips to attempt to fix one problem. They constantly make promises that they do not fulfill. They do not return phone calls, leaving me very frustrated with deteriorated shingles.

Returned calls promptly. Did everything we asked them to do. They are not the cheapest but they were worth the extra money. I would recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Let me start by saying it was Dec 22 (a Sunday) Troy Martin got back to me right away and came over to assess the damage of my roof. Had his crew here Monday morning Dec 23 9am sharp. They did a excellent job and would highly recommend them. Will be using them again in the future for any roof issues. Great price, quality product, excellent work and very reliable.

Said they would come back, but never did.. charged me $1600.00 for repairs on the roof. Said they would come back, but never did! I am a Senior Citizen. Very disappointing.

They did great job, but they had to come back to repair some stuff they missed. But a great job overall.

I hired this company to repair two leaks in my 12 year old asphalt shingle roof. One spot was around the chimney and the other was under an overhang. Both had been repaired before I bought the house. Both still leaked. On the first visit, they pulled up a few shingles and applied asphalt sealant. It rained the following day and the chimney area did not leak but the overhang still did. They came back and applied more sealant. It rained a couple hours later and the overhang still leaked. On the third try, they pulled up more shingles and applied a heavy coat of white silicone sealant on the green roof. It still leaked. On the fourth try, they sent two guys who pulled up all of the shingles in the area and discovered a hold near the flashing. They replaced the flashing, underlayment, and shingles. We've had several strong rains and no leaks yet. Had they done this in the first place and not tried repeated quick fixes, they could have saved themselves three trips back and about six man-hours of labor. I appreciated the Sales Rep, Troy, for interceding and getting the job done right; but because of the repeated attempts, I can't rate them higher than 2.5.

They responded to my inquiry quite quickly and came out and prepared an estimate. They were kind enough to notify me that there was a discount coupon in a local paper - which I used. I was told it would be about 10 days until they could make the repair because of scheduling. Unfortunately, the gentleman who did the estimate was not the one briefing the repair guy. He did not complete the job per the estimate which I discovered by going up on the roof myself. They then sent the same guy back to finish the job and again they did not do what was noted on the estimate. I was assured the repair would be fine, but they would only give me a very small discount for the work that was not completed per the estimate. I decided not to argue about it further and paid the balance. I just hope the roof doesn't leak in the area that was repaired because I don't want to deal with them again.

Quick to respond and very helpful with roof issue in a crisis rainy situation. However, definitely overpriced, although they did shave off $100. I think that a handyman could have completed the repair with less cost.
