Tim took the time to figure out a complicated repair, he did a great job and didn't leave a mess.

We purchased an older home and needed extensive remodeling. We contacted about 10 different contractors who all quoted extremely high prices and never considered what we wanted. Tim was the only contractor that quoted a reasonable price and LISTENED to what we wanted. Tim and his crew did drywall, tile (bathroom and kitchen), electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinet installation, lighting, installed patio doors, installed interior doors, and basically did a complete remodel of our daughter's bathroom and our kitchen (it's amazing), and added a wall to create a third bedroom. Tim made suggestions such as adding under cabinet lighting that really enhanced the look of our kitchen for very little cost. This was a difficult job due to scheduling outside of Tim's control. He was great at communicating with us and working around delays. The work is outstanding and everything was done to meet or surpass building codes. They were very respectful to my wife and daughter and that was important to us. We highly recommend Tim and will be hiring him in the future as we continue with minor things over the next year.

Excellent work, honest and reliable. They painted, fixed drywall issues and re-grouted a shower. I would recommend this company for any home repairs.

He seemed a little overbooked. Late arrival and long lunch hour resulted in his having to return next day. I was also to blame as had to get new paint . Overall he did a good job. I would call on him again.

Called Tim for help putting together a gazebo on my patio... He was ready to rock the next day. Came on time, put it together quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. Hire him for any job you have.

It is elementary but worth repeating.....make sure you always owe your contractor money until the job is totally finished and inspected.....for obvious reasons.

Did a 1st class job

Tom Sullivan and his helper, Joe, were outstanding, professional. And did fantastic work. The crown molding was cut to perfection, as was the rest of the work. Even when a problem with the ordered crown molding occurred, the job was done on time. We would recommend Tim to anyone in need of a handyman.

Tim called promptly promising to stop by. After assessing our needs, he suggested doing the work on the spot which suited us perfectly. He was meticulous in his work; and, successfully completed our project in good order, leaving the work site impeccable. We would hire him again and highly recommend his skills.
