This was for drilling a new irrigation well, but that category was not and option. they drilled a new well for me. it is pulling nothing but sand and shell. When contacted they tried to tell me it was my pump. My irrigation company and another well drilling co, told me the pump was fine, that I needed a new drop line in the new well to avoid the sand and shell. When I contacted the owner he told me that we bought the company after they did my well, and that he was not responsible for the work. But, has sent someone out to change check valve, who told me it was my pump, and wanted an additional $1200. I said all I wanted was a new drop line. He was rude, and was not taking any responsibility for any of the work. Please avid working with this company at all costs. I also discovered via another well driller, they had grossly over charged me for the new well.

I have never written a review before, but I felt I needed to warn people of these con artists. I had a new well installed by this company, did not work from day one, it pumps so much drill mud that it clogs the filter on the house within a day or two. When they first installed it they were trying to tell me that that was normal and that it would clear up within several weeks, we gave it plenty of time and it never cleared.the well was installed 2/7/2020, for the last month they have been promising to replace it because it is faulty but they are yet to show up. Every time I call I am told they are too busy ( they are doing the jobs they have not been paid for yet). I will update this story as it unfolds.

These guys deserve some serious recognition. Our experience with them was top notch. My husband and I woke to find we had no water. We started calling random drilling companies. Steve, the owner was the very first person to call us back, and we could not be more grateful. He quoted us a quote on the call that morning and wasn't very far from the initial quote. We did have a few things to add, as our existing well had caved in, ruining our holding tank and they added a filter coming into the house which there was an additional fee for these extras we needed as well. We had a great crew who worked together very well. Steve came and measured, Carl came and hooked us into our neighbors well (they approved) so we could have some water while we waited. We set up the date, and Richie, Keith and Bruce showed up with the driller and got the show on the road. These men were very respectful and took care of business. They did not leave any messes for me to have to clean up. They drilled and got us better water than we originally had. I will recommend them in the future and thank them so very much, for a job WELL done (pun Intended)

Reliable

Called this company on 5/22/19 and spoke to Steve who immediately listened to my problem and set up an appointment for repair on my sprinkler system. I will call them again if any future issues arise.

Explains everything and makes it easy to understand!!

I was very impressed by the level of service i received. It seemed like minutes after I submitted my request for information Steve called me. I gave him a brief description of my concerns. He told me it could be a very minor repair to my pump. He said he had a crew in the area and could be out to my home in about 30 minutes to diagnose and provide me with an estimate to repair my irrigation system. Steve and his crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work. Within an hour Steve and his crew had my pump up and running, he proceeded to check my irrigation system for proper operation since I also had an issue with some of my zones not turning off. He explained why this was happening and replaced 2 of my control valves. At this point the system would operate but since it hadnâ t been working for several months my lines and sprinkler heads may have debris or sand in them. I was on a budget and Steve understood this. So have showed me how to check, clean and adjust my sprinkler heads. I was blown away! I will continue to fix my sprinkler heads. Should I run into any problems I will definitely call Steve to take over. I canâ t thank him enough for the service he provided, but Iâ m more impressed with him sharing how I can fix some of the issues Iâ m having. Thank you Steve and your crew. I will definitely recommend you to my friends, family and neighbors. Class act customer service hands down. You donâ t get this type of service nowadays. Daryl

Our technician, Carl, was courteous, professional and skilled. He went beyond the call of duty and checked the entire sprinkler system, making adjustments to increase efficiency. Despite the fact that there was a communication error early on, it was unrelated to the service we received and I highly recommend them for sprinkler maintenance and repair.

Steve called within a few minutes and had a crew out to my house with a few hours! Chris came out and he was extremely professional and nice!! He did an amazing job of fixing the mess the last home owner left for me. Can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Don’t waste your time with other guys, get it done right the first time!!
