Every step of the way, I had to babysit. They forgot the additional trim I paid extra for, they promised a seamless replacement that wouldnt damage existing trim but ended up needing to replace that, then they had to repaint it not once, but twice because they did a poor job. And they weren't the ones who made it right; I had to constantly be calling, complaining, explaining. Their contractors who do the actual work had nothing good to say about them either. Finally the last straw, I mailed a check as payment and THEY LOST IT. I was upset and stated I dont trust them, at all and for good reason, to handle another check. The owner called me and literally threatened to take my house if I didnt pay. I wasnt the one who screwed up every step and lost payment!! DO NOT hire this company. You will regret it and end up having to set up new bank accounts due to their constant incompetence.

We appreciated the kindness and communication from Max. The job took a little longer than initially expected and Max kept us updated every step of the way. Great hardworking crew!

From start to finish, we have been pleased with the progress. Even in the cold weather the installer did a great job. (It is a very TALL and heavy door, I would have liked to see another installer come and help) The sales lady was extremely friendly and very helpful on picking out the door that worked for us.

The job entailed putting vinyl siding on the entire manufacturd home. Treasure Valley had really reasonable pricing and was very clear on what was included in the price. They also made sure all the materials were on the property before they started. During the process of a couple of weeks the cleaned up around the job every day.before the went home. They finished and made sure I was happy with every detail before I finished paying them. It was a very satisfactory experience and would use them again foe othe home improvements that they do.

Working with TVE for siding of my home was a positive experience. They kept me up to date on the process. The contractor was a perfectionist and kept me aware of their process as well. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and the price was fair. I would recommend TVE to any of my friends and neighbors.

Complete failure to complete and professionally replace my front door, over a period of 8 MONTHS. I have now hired a ********* to correct and finish the job, and will use the balance "owed" to Treasure Valley Exteriors to pay the *********. In July 2023, I signed a $4707.89 quote for the new door, paying them a 50% deposit of $2300. Balance due was $2407.89, minus $1000 discount you said in September that would apply for your s**** **** That remaining balance of $1407.89 is going towards my hiring a ********* to fix it all. I will not pay TVE another cent.Over the next month, THREE different men came by to re-measure, look over the job. On Sept. 18th, they came to install the door, but when they got here, they said they didnt have the right tools, and left. They came back on Sept. 25th with the door, ripped off the trim and removed my door, then 10 minutes later said the door they ordered is the wrong size. ?? I told them theyre not leaving until theyve somehow fixed my old door so I

do not use this company! i had my roof replaced by tve they replaced it in one day tear off and install the very next day i had a leak at my front door i called tve to report the leak they sent a guy to look into it he could not find a leak i had it ispected by another company they pointed out numerous installation errors such as over driven and under driven nails that were popping through the top shingles ALL OVER THE **** creating leaks on multiple points on the roof i had 3 other inpections done and they all noted the same problems and recommended the roof be redone completely i contacted the owners of tve to come out and look for themselves and they did. I asked them if they were going to replace the roof because of all the errors they replied no we are not i let them know about the inspections i had done BY NUMEROUS PROFESSIONALS IN THE INDUSTRY and i was told that they dont care what other contractors think and if i *** i will lose! i was hoping they were going to own this

I call my experience with Treasure Valley Exteriors "The 20K Mistake" By far the worst experience I have ever had! In August 2023 I ordered new windows, doors, and a skylight and provided a 2 month estimate for completion. They lost the measurements requiring them to come measure multiple times. 2 months passed with no updates I felt scammed. After countless texts, phone calls, and emails they realized the manufacturing company had “misplaced” my order and began working on it. The window and door install was completely awful and they had to send another crew to cleanup the initial work (made things a bit better but still subpar). They finally “finished” 4 months after I placed my order. See the pictures, I think they say it all. The pictures are of what they left me with. Horrible communication and service, with a staff full of liars.

Estimate was reasonable they were early and did a great job will use them on future projects

Listen to your gut, take the bad reviews seriously, and just DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Too bad Holmes on Homes doesn't come to Boise cause TVC would have their a$$es handed to them! Never in a million years would we have thought some simple vertical siding replacements and caulking anywhere that needed it, would end in feeling like we were robbed and needing to hire someone else to finish the job! Several walkarounds, several times having sub contractors come out, still not complete! They initially got the paint wrong, but corrected that issue sloppily. Half-*** caulked some random places, but completely missed the major stuff that had been talked about and shown on multiple occasions. They replaced the trim on the sides of our garage doors, didn't match up with the top trim that stayed. Thankfully it's not terribly noticeable, but now we have to figure out where to put the garage door opener because it won't fit where it was. Oh, and lets not forget the fact they took tools out of our garage without our permission, used them, and then left them outside on the ground when they were "finished" the first time!!! Give your business and money to someone that deserves it... TVC is NOT deserving of any of it!! Nothing like having to pay full price for a half-*** job and all of the frustration that's come with this project! UPDATE: Went in to pay our bill so these crooks wouldn't put a lien on our home and when I confronted them about the job not being done, they "couldn't imagine" that it wasn't, but never once offered to come back and take a look at what I was referring to, finish the job, or anything. They just stood there and basically called me a liar.

It was an easy experience, Schonie did all the paperwork and helped talk to the adjustor. I now have a new roof and its working great.

Treasure Valley Exteriors was an amazing and fair company to work with. Schonie Lee was my Project Manager and I was truly impressed with the time she took answering my many questions and dealing with my insurance company, the adjustor, and all the hassle of replacing my roof via insurance. I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first, it all sounded to good to be true! However, my roof was replaced, and at a total cost to me of $500.00!! Thank you Treasure Valley Exteriors and thank you Schonie Lee, my roof looks fantastic!

I am not sure where this project stands and when/if they intend to finish. We gave them a deposit at the end of February and asked for a time frame. They never gave us one, but finally contacted me near the end of March and installed the windows. One had the wrong style of glass, and another was scratched. The next day they called and wanted full payment. Michele said it was the manufacturers responsibility and they expected that we at least pay more money for the install effort. I got angry, and she sent me to Kristins voicemail, who answered that she did not understand why I was upset. We agreed I would pay for the install work. I again asked for a time estimate, as they were going to order new windows. That was March 24. Last Tuesday I emailed the saleswoman to find out what the status was. She said someone would reach out to me that day. I still have not heard from anyone. It was only a 4 window job, so maybe it isn't that important. We really regret this hire. June 9 update. On May 7 we received a call and message that replacements were arriving on May 22. Have not heard anything since then and we are thinking all these 5-star reviews are fake.

DON'T DO IT! GUARANTEED REGRET. Poor execution, do not stand behind their work, and over one year later still waiting for job to be completed.

They responded promptly to our request for estimate, showed up early to do the estimate, Chris was polite, respectful, very professional. Michele in the office was very nice and friendly. She made sure she had all the info she needed and was prompt in getting back to us. They were very busy so had to schedule the painting two weeks out, which was fine. We were trying to get our house painted before cold weather set in and they had to reschedule a day later than originally scheduled. We were told it would take 3 days to do the job. But the crew got it done in two days! So all in all, everything went well and they did a great job. The crew were very efficient and respectful. Cleaned everything up afterward. We are very happy with how it turned out.

The contractors were highly argumentative with us and at times seemed like they were ready to quit. Not hiring this company again.

We called them to get some siding repaired and their salesman was extremely pushy and aggressive and kept trying to sell us on getting a whole roof replacement and all the windows replaced which we didn't need. These aggressive sales tactics may work on some people however for me it's a major turnoff. I will NOT hire Treasure Valley Exteriors or any company that Kelly Eslinger is a part of.

OMG! This service is awesome. The sales agent was awesome. The guys that did the installation did an awesome job. I will definitely look to them for future projects.

Very professional, punctual and friendly.

This is a difficult review to write. To be totally honest, read all the reviews. There are many reviews stating the poor communication. I completely agree with that statement. It was a long process. We asked for the bid and they came right out. It went downhill from there. It seems the salesman and the production manager disagreed on the work needing done and the overall cost. So several more times, people came out to look at what needed done. After all of that was settled, which took a lot of emails and phone calls to get resolved, they set a date. The installer came out to see what needed done. He didn’t know what was needed to complete the job and didn’t have any material on hand. Once he looked at it and checked on parts, he returned the following week. By this time, it’s the end of June. However, the work accomplished was outstanding! It was a near perfect match of my existing siding and looked perfect. They really do great work! It’s just that you need to be ready for it to take a long time and little communication with everyone involved. I talked to the owner and we discussed the situation and I was quickly offered an acceptable resolution to the aggravating project. So, in closing, it was a long and frustrating project, but very happy with the workmanship.

From the initial estimate meeting to the final project completion; the experience was top-notch and would highly recommend this company. Phil W.

They exceeded my expectations and their customer service is beyond amazing. The lady in the office is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
