James and his team showed up ready to work. And work they did. We had scheduled a trim of several smaller trees and a sweet gum tree but discovered the trunk was severely rotted. The team switched gears and removed the whole tree. They did a great job and left the yard looking like they had never been there. Very pleased with the job and beyond appreciative of their hard work. Will definitely call Tree Care LLC for all our future tree needs. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent service from quote to project finish! While other tree companies wanted to cut down our beautiful oak tree the owner, James, and his excellent crew carefully trimmed my tree and then fertilized it. So I couldnâ t be happier with Treecare, LLC and their work. And the cost was very affordable and better than the other companies!

The communication between me and company was great. They were always responsive and did what they said they were going to do. Pictures and videos were sent to me to keep me updated when the job was done. Customer service was excellent . They did a great job. I had a nice experience with this company.

They did a fantastic job removing some large oak limbs above our home and removed a somewhat large tree beside our home there wasn't a twig or a leaf in the yard when they left.

When they were taking the tree down, one of the limbs fell and broke an expensive planter ($200 ) that was on the front porch and they did not apologize for it. All of that should have been removed if they thought it was at risk but we were willing to overlook that damage. However, they did not complete the stump grinding that was part of the price quote. They said they would come back and finish that at a later date. That was back in March 2021. We have contacted the owner, James, on multiple occasions and he has ignored every one of our phone calls or messages. So disappointing!
