there aren?t enough characters allowed for me to tell the whole story. All I have to say is get a written or emailed quote prior to them doing any work. I was quoted one thing and billed almost double that. Then I was very aggressively spoken to on the phone, and Alex threatened to dump all my cut limbs back on my driveway and hung up on me. Another guy, Anthony I believe, came back by to smooth things over. He was nice. Alex is very bad at customer service. Anyway I paid $250 more than I was quoted just to end it. Just make sure you get a quote, whoever you use.
