Tree Huggers were close to $200. less than the other two plus Precision trees was $400 over --it was one tree and maybe they just did not want the job. Tree Huggers was on time, left the area spotless and stacked everything exactly where we asked them to. we were not only pleased..we were ecstatic. Kathi Rudawsky

I complained they came back.. Because of the miscommunication they said it would take a long time and they did not want t do it. They yelled at me and they said they had to go. I said I wanted the work done. they said they would give me my money back. but it will cost me 400 if I hired another company.. They offered me 180 back If you want to hire this company,. pay them after all work is done. Do not pay before all the work is done... The reason I paid in advance is because they said they will have to come back in 2 weeks to grind the stumps and asked me to pay them.. now I will have to pay another company 350. to 450 to get the stump ground. I found this very stressful and now have to pay more to another company.**** They said they would refund 180 dollars and still have not received the refund after 3 weeks.

"The customer and I obviously had a misunderstanding on what work was agreed upon and how it should be completed. firstly no money was ever given in advance for any of the work done. I did all the tree removals and crown reductions and was not paid for that portion of the work until I finished. I had set up a separate date for the stump grinding portion and was not paid for that until I came back and ground out the stumps. I was never paid for any amount of work in advance. I removed a 50ft cottonwood, did crown reductions on 7 trees all at 25 ft, and I removed a 20 ft pine tree. we agreed to stump grind the cottonwood stump as well as."

Hard to schedule initial estimate, as late spring storm with heavy snow had caused tree damage all over the city. However Chris was very personable & gave a fair estimate. He showed up on time on the day scheduled for the work & interacted with me to be certain all was completed to my specifications. Have asked him to return for additional work I want completed. Highly recommend.
