I was visiting my daughter in Richmond. There were two trees that were in bad condition, leaning dangerously over the neighbors house. They were in a hard to get to spot between houses. I spoke to Eric and he came right over to look at them. After looking over the job, he quoted me a great price. I told him that I would only be in town for a few days. He was able to work me into his schedule the next day. He showed up with a crew in the morning and worked thru the day to remove the trees. when they were done they cut up the wood and stacked it for me. They raked up the yard, leaving it cleaner than before they got there! The crew were polite and professional. I am glad I hired them! I highly recommend them. J. McCarthy

Wow, Eric and his team were awesome. This is our second time using the company and were pleased on both occasions. Gave a very reasonable quote, exceeded our expectations and did an excellant job. Trimmed limbs off a large tree in the backyard, shaped and cut holly trees, shaped and cut cryple mytle(sp). These guys did an excellant job. Would highly recommend; service, performance, attitude and quailty of work are rated 10's!!! Thanks guys

Eric and his crew are very efficient, professional, fast, and clean up completely after the job is done. He came over to estimate the job around supper time, and when I agreed to the price, he said he could do it right then and there! By dark they were done (this was in summer), I have several large bushes removed (exotic invasives) and a mimora tree removed as well. The job looks so nice and the price is reasonable too. I have more work for Eric when he gets a break in his schedule.

Tree Medics was the first company to respond to me from your service. Eric Brown the owner called me and offered to stop by the next day to meet with me and discuss in detail what services I would like to have done smd give me a quote to do the work. After meeting Eric in person and discussing our project I found it to be a very refreshing experience. In today's times it is almost impossible to have a company in this trade to take the time and have the knowledge that Eric does. That day Josh, one of his estimators was with him and he too displayed the same attitude as Eric. I wanted to have some trees topped, some large hollies topped, some holly's trimmed and other minor trimming around the home. They quoted their cost for the work. I accepted the quote and they did the work three days later. All of his employees were professional and did a great clean up at the end of the job. Randy

Very professional tree service organization that showed up on time and immediately went to work. They did an outstanding job trimming our trees & shrub areas. I will definitely hire this team again and plan to do so this fall.

Eric and his team pruned 3 large trees for safety to my house, driveway and the health of the trees. Removed several shrubs and hedged all my bushes. They worked extremely fast and cleaned up after themselves, They hauled off all debris and leaf blown where needed leaving my yard spotless. I was very happy with the work and have hired them for a secondary job to remove two large trees later this week. Very Professional

This company was amazing! We had others come in as well for pricing but we went with Eric. He got the job done and it looks amazing. Very respectful crew! My husband just had surgery so he couldnâ t move the wood we wanted to keep for firewood so this crew did the extra steps and put it away nice and neat. Eric worked with on the the money to get him paid. I would recommend them to anyone!

I honestly can not say enough great things about Eric and his crew! I had reservations as we had ever had to have any trees taken down before but Eric and his crew are true professionals and prove there is a science to removing large trees! The fees for the service were beyond fair, all of the staff were respectful and professional. I strongly recommend Eric and the tree medics for any job you may have! Eric and his team were prompt, efficient, careful, thorough, and did a number of extra small things as needed, without charging extra for it. They cleaned up the lawn, porch, deck, the road out front and the neighbors' driveway when they were done trimming trees. They know what they're doing, and they do it well! I would certainly hire them again.
