Very disappointing experience with Tree Pros and their lack of accountability. I hired them last year for landscaping, including multiple plants and irrigation. They installed 3 lantanas, and within about 45 days, 2 were already struggling. I raised the issue with Tyler, who handled my project, and he told me it was normal and the plants would recover. As a first-time homeowner, I trusted his professional advice. The plants never recovered and are now dead. Nico inspected them today and confirmed they are dead. Tree Pros now says Tyler gave me incorrect information and no longer works there. They are refusing replacement because of their 90-day warranty and want about $500 to replace them. I reported the problem within 45 days, well within their warranty. An employee leaving should not remove the company?s accountability for advice given while representing them. They also promised to return and stake my tree but never did. I plan to raise this with the Arizona ROC.

In April, I paid nearly $2,000 to have my mature ficus trees trimmed. The contract stated the goal was to "focus on the more dense ficus for more crown clean" and "trim to push for wider crown rather than vertical growth." Scheduling was difficult, communication was poor, and the crew initially arrived without the required bucket truck. Within days, I photographed the trees because they still appeared tall and dense. About a month later, a large branch fell. I scheduled an inspection, but Kyle canceled shortly before the appointment. After a later storm, three more large branches fell from two ficus trees within one week. I shared my photos and concerns, but instead of addressing whether the work met the contract, I was told I would have to pay for another trimming. I relied on their expertise after they solicited me door-to-door and expected the contracted work to be completed correctly. Instead, I was left paying twice or accepting work that did not meet the contract's objective.

Horrible. Arborist came out to the house a few weeks before the project, gave us a quote which was expensive, but he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to the $735 trimming cost with half paid that day, and half paid upon completion of service. The arborist used a tablet to pay and record my credit card information. The initial $367.50 payment went through, but the arborist entered my credit card information incorrectly on the tablet. Upon completion of the project, the company went to charge my credit card for the remaining $367.50 balance, and because he "manually" entered the credit card information incorrectly after initial payment, the card declined. Instead of a call, text, or email....I was sent a lien notice. On top of all of that, our front tree is completely destroyed from them over trimming the tree and cutting off the majority of its branches. The tree in the back is perfectly fine, so I have no idea what happened in the front. I do not want anyone from their company to come resolve the issue, because they've shown incompetence in every department of their business.

Tree Pros provided soil injections around 2 citrus trees and a pine tree. They also filled the irrigation tanks with liqiud fertilizer. They came at the time we set up. I use Tree Pros for all my Tree and irrigation needs.

Last time the palm was trimmed, it immediately sprouted seed branches, but that could have been a timing issue. Getting quote from multiple places now to remove the tree, due to HOA issues.

Wow! The crew did a fabulous job pruning and cleaning up our Palm trees. They were hanging over our pool and the crew was able to remove those limbs and save the rest of the tree and reshape it. They cleaned everything up afterwards and did the work without breaking any of our in-ground lights or other plants. Bravo!

The crew was quick and had the mesquite looking ready for summer/monsoon weather in a couple of hours. They did a good job on the cleanup, as well.

I hired tree pros to help with my trees they offered to help with shrubs etc too. They offered trimming to help plants grow but cut did a winter cut they said severly in June 2020. I said this is not the time it could kill them. They said no, its ok. And 5-6 plants died. The arborist apologized and said he'd watch my yard personally, but that isnt really a thing. The next year they helped replace irrigation system so the back trees and plants could flourish and 4 yellow Lantans and a purple sage died from dehydration in the front yard. 3 more almost died in the heat but recovered. This 2nd year of the new irrigation 2 of the yellow lantans that almost died are starting to dry out again. The lantans in the front use to grow like crazy in the summer when everything else was stunted by the heat. I've had them for 8 years and since the new irrigation system, they struggle despite tree pros coming out and fixing it. I'll have to call them again. But my yard is full of holes, and now looking bare from all the plants I lost. I'm afraid to replace them now. Will they die? I need a new service I decided when my Hong Kong orchid was looking stressed again and I asked the arborist how much to increase the water and was told to Cut back the water. Really!? In the scorching AZ summer I always increase it, I thought it looked dried out. "No that's the problem you're overwatering." So I did and it dropped 80 percent of its leaves. I've never seen it so sick. I should've just followed my own watering schedule. I am afraid I will lose the tree now. I've had it for 7 years and I really love it. I'm so devastated. I called someone else to help. I hope they know what to do. It's the only remaining tree in the back yard the rest died. Actually most of the plants along that wall died since tree pros took over helping out. I should of stopped their service years ago. They've worked with my yard for about 2-3 years. I feel like an idiot.

Very satisfied with the job.. Trimmed three palm trees in the front.. One palm tree and two oleanders in the backyard. Cleaned up area very good and even debris out of pool

Very easy communication; nice guys and considerate of my suggestions as they trimmed the canopy on my large elm. Also picked up their trimmings which meant walking through thick desert brush.
