They arrived for the estimate on time, which is more than I can say for Lee's Trees, who had two opportunities. They were extremely professional. The only problem I had was that two drip lines were damaged. They did repair it once I told them about it. Overall, I am very pleased with there service.

Some question in cost of the project, office quoted one cost, workers another. Workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up well. Crew was curtious.

Very good job

We had 3 Mesquites and 2 Palo Verde trees pruned along with some general clean-up. I was happy to talk to someone with knowledge of desert trees. The crew was timely and did a terrific job...these trees needed someone with know-how. I was a little dismayed that the crew was unaware that they were to trim the bushes, but they handled the request without a fuss. Next time we will need to make sure the estimator records everything.

Their customer service is excellent. The team that came out to take care of our huge tree were extremely courteous and energetic. I had gotten quotes from other companies estimating that the tree removal would take two days. Tree Pros not only removed the three, but chipped, cleaned debris and hauled away in just 1/2 day. I recommend this company to everyone!

Returned and did more trimming and diagnosed an issue with our Mediteranean palm. They took care of it with in the week and the palm is healthy again.The trees are trimmed back jsut as we wanted. I would use them again.

Tree pro's sent out an arborist to diagnose our problem and suggest a solution. They took care of the problem quickly and professionally and my husband and I were very suprised at how reasonable the cost. They sprayed the tree for fungus, did a deep fertilization and trimmed our tree. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Good job.

Tree Pro's, LLC did a good job at removing my mulberry tree. They were prompt to my Service Magic request, showed up on time, and had a good price.

I was told that the price I was quoted included removing stump. The stump was not removed because it was not possible but I found out after the service was completed it could not be removed. However, I still had to pay the same price. They were in and out quickly and left no mess.

The job was to remove one very large tree , a portion of another and trim work on a 3rd. The job had to be bid, the tree removal work performed and the large tree stump removed. All three phase of the operation was conducted promptly and professionally. The pricing was fair and the two crews were very professional.

The work was timely and professional with a decent price. During the stump grinding process of the tree removal a rock was shot up by the grinder and shattered my sliding glass door. Tree Pros never hesitated on the repair and took care of the problem right away.
