Tree Pro's Tree Service & Landscaping

I hired Dillon to remove an ash tree + stump removal as well as trim three other trees. His initial voicemail from the home advisor lead stated he was with Arbor Care Solutions. I paid cash, as I was told there was an extra fee for credit cards and checks. The trees were trimmed and one removed on a Monday. I was told by Dillon they would be back on Saturday to complete the stump grinding. Dillon was paid in cash for the job, to avoid the additional fees. I texted Dillon Friday to see when he would be around on Saturday for the stump removal, no answer. I texted again Saturday, no answer. I texted again on Sunday requesting a return of the money he was paid for the stump removal so I could hire someone else, NO ANSWER. I have yet to hear from him, and he has not returned to grind the stump even though he was paid. I contacted home advisors who informed me that the lead was picked up by Dillon who was with Tree Pros, NOT Arbor Care Solutions. Turns out he did not even give me the correct business name initially. Obviously this is speculation because I cannot get a return call from him to clarify. Either way, he was paid for stump removal and never returned. I would not recommend this company.

They were very prompt and motivated to come out and cut down 3 trees from my yard. Unfortunately, there were some issues along the way: 1. At least one limb was dropped on my roof without letting me know afterwards. Only reason I knew about it was because I was in the house when it happened, and heard and felt the loud bang. I am hoping for no long-term damage to my shingles or leaks in my roof. Damage: Unknown 2. Upon completing the job, the workers asked for payment, but then let me know there was an extra charge for using a credit card. This was not communicated to me when the original quote was done. When I questioned it, they said I could save money by paying in cash and forget about the sales tax altogether...pretty sure that is tax fraud... 3. After they left, I walked into the area and found another large limb was dropped right onto my cedar planter box, breaking it apart. I was not made aware this happened, but know the workers were aware, as there were footprints in the snow all around that are as they cut up the limb all around it. The limb was still sitting on top of the broken planter box. Damage: ~$200. 4. After finding this damage, I called back to speak with someone from their company, seeing what they would do to make it right. They told me someone was in the neighbourhood, and would stop by in about half an hour to take a look and talk to me about it. No one ever showed up, no one ever called me back. The crew that came out was more interested in landing a quick job and getting money for it than worrying about property damage or ensuring any repeat business. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Removed an overgrown Amur maple too close to house and a river birch that was also getting too big and hitting the house. They were fast, cleaned up after and will come back for stump removal. Did the job quickly and efficiently.

Vital tree services are the real deal. They are very confident in there work. Excellent work quality. Fast and efficient will definitely hire and recommend them again!

This was a wonderful experience. Removed 4 large Oak trees, two of them hovering directly over my home. Friendly crew. They quoted me and had all 4 trees down all within 24 hours. Clean up after the job was thorough. I have no complaints what so ever.

These guys at Tree Pros are the best! They are fast, very neat and extremely efficient. My whole back yard was opened up again and I am able to use it for my dogs. It hasn't looked this good in years! The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about the weird things growing in my yard. The trees and shrubs were trimmed beautifully. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend them to friends, and use them again as well. Thank You Home Advisors!

I hired them to take out 2 trees (one very large) and they quoted and executed the work in less than 24 hours. Not only that, they did a great job of cleaning up the yard and you can barely tell they were even here. Great job!

Very eficient

I am very happy with the tree trimming work the Tree Pros did for us. I couldn t believe how fast it was - within 2 days of my request, the work had been estimated, completed and cleaned up. I do recommend being available to sign off the work. I requested additional branches to be removed at the end. Without complaint, the guys took care of my request.

The guys came & said it would be $2000 to cut up our tree that came down in the wind. But they did not take the root end of the tree that came out of the ground & left a large part of the tree attached to it, around 4feet. I asked them when they would take it & they said No we won t unless you pay another $2500. We said No. I called two other companies for and estimate & one said $985.00 & the other will come soon to give us and estimate. We will not have them back again. Most of the guys were nice but Dylan their foreman was a little ????. When I asked them what they were going to do with all of our black walnut tree that they were hauling away No one said a word in reply to my answer. I didn t want the wood, but was curious what they did with it? 🤔humm?
