Tree Pruning and Palm Trims Lawn Care Service-Yard Clean Up's - Unlicensed Contractor

Although the work done was acceptable, all the work contracted was not. The contractor came, assessed the work that needed to be done and stated an agreeable price. When the work was done he did not have room for another trailer load of tree limbs and branches. I knew there were additional dump charges and that he would have to make a second trip so I gave him an additional $70.00 to cover his costs. He promised he would be back by the end of the week to remove the remaining refuse. I have texted him 2 times and he has ignored both texts. Obviously this man can not be trusted. I would given him a rating but your scale does not have a Another case of taking advantage of a 79 year old handicapped person. Next stop is a report to Adult Protective services. I hope you eliminate the person from your recommended companies.
