On 6/26/25 (NAME REMOVED) filled out a contractor request on Angies List. Later that day (NAME REMOVED) Kunz and Sons Tree Service showed up at her house. Discussed the work needing done. (NAME REMOVED) quoted $4500 to trim both the front and back yard trees and remove all wood. A payment of $1500 was paid to Kunz that day and was scheduled to return to begin on July 21, 2025. On July 13, 2025, (NAME REMOVED) returned to (NAME REMOVED) residence requesting another payment of $1000 towards the job. On July 13th Maureen gave another check for $1000 to (NAME REMOVED) of Kunz and Sons. (NAME REMOVED) never returned to perform the service. (NAME REMOVED) made numerous attempts to speak to him by calling his cell phone, business phone number and home number. Had one conversation with him where he had numerous excuses and promised to be in touch to schedule a new date, never heard from him. Went to his business address and no one answered. Mr. Kunz has not attempted to reach out again.

They responded quickly when called. The prices are more than fair. Bob and the crew where very knowledgeable guiding us on how care for our trees. They did a beautiful job. We will be using them next spring.

Robert Knuz Tree Service did an outstanding job removing my approximately 50 foot pine pine in tight quarters. He and his crew showed up on their expected time and dug right in to get the job done. When they were finished with cutting the tree down, they also did a great job of cleaning and clearing the mess. The job was completed at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend them for your needed tree services.
