They picked up the money and never showed up again. They do not answer phone calls or texts and did not do snow removal. They are supposed to be here after 2" of snow and even after 4" did not come up.

They were prompt to react to the job request. showed up on the job on time.Removed the tree stump as needed. But had now clean up equipment at all.Parked an extra vehicle in my neighbors driveway which was leaking oil all over the driveway and they promised to come back next day to cleanup the mess but they never did .I guess I learned my lesson, I should not pay them full until the cleaning was completed. the cleaning was completed.

No paid in full for snow removal service invoice statement was provided, no business card or contact name and number provided either. Very unprofessional. No call back or follow/up on original phone conversation for future snow removal services (contract) provided to customer.

This was also explained to others as well who have fully understood and are completely happy. We also provided two visits to your home for the price of one. They came out to remove snow from my house /driveway with little notice as a first time customer. They called to say they were 10 minutes away. They were right on time...VERY nice guys and did a great job clearing my snow as well as adding salt to necessary areas. I would definitely hire this company!!!
