They were the only people I called to bother to call me back. Mike came over right away and said he could get the grass in a few days to a week. He was prompt and helpful.

Being new to the area we found treetoppets and more online. They came exactly when they said, they were professional, pleasant, polite, worked hard and cleaned up. 3 trees removed. I'm still left with many roots in the yard. They worked hard all day on day 1, but it was four days before they returned to finish. What was bad is that Hurricane Juaquim looked like a viable threat to our area, and there was still a huge pile of debris left in my yard, I was very concerned that much of it would become flying objects in high winds. When they did come, it was poring down rain; but the threat of the storm had passed. Without the storm threat, their work would probably have been more satisfactory.

Good communication, cleared out a very overgrown area (more than just a fall clean-up) and was able to provide service quickly.

I currently am still in NY and haven't been able to get to the home that I purchased in Leland due to a NY problem. I needed a landscaping company and after speaking with Mike over the phone, he went to my home and accessed the work needed. He then emailed me a quote for a contract and I chose to retain his team. He kept me apprised by calls and texts not only of the weather which was holding up the work but when he would be able to get to my home. After the work was done, he texted me before and after pictures. Just by the pictures alone, I could see that they did a fantastic job. He was also professional and friendly when we would speak. I am looking forward to getting settled (hopefully very soon) in my new home and would definitely recommend them.
