I gave half the stars because they did half the job. Well, maybe a little more than half, but when I hired them, the job was quoted and I agreed to the amount. They came and cut the tree. Did a great job. Nice guys. But their stump grinder was supposedly down for maintenance. Okay. So do I got to pay the whole thing? No, but we left a hundred bucks off the bill for later. I paid the tree part and even threw in a nice tip. I was planning to pay the remaining balance and another nice tip because I was anticipating another good experience. Well, two months and two phone calls later, still got a huge stump. It's embarrassing for me because I'm on the architectural committee and people are always scrutinizing my house in our HOA. Now I've had this 2 month violation going. I guess I should have waited to pay anything. Now of course, they're just ignoring my calls.

I didn't feel over charged for the 5 palm trees they took out. They spread out the grinds as mulch in the garden. Very prompt, there when expected. Overall a great service.

Jason is great. He got back to me quickly with a date and time he could come out. His price was fair and he did a fantastic job trimming and cleaning up 5 palms of different varieties. Highly recommend.
