Need to stay after them as it can take them awhile to get to you especially during high demand periods like the spring

Scott and his crew were prompt in responding, gave me an on-site estimate on the same day I called, and performed the work the very next day. The crew cleaned up and removed the rubbish. They left behind a pruning tool, so I called Scott and it was picked up before lunch. It was a great experience. I plan to hire them again for future work.

Did a great job! Received a fair estimate from Scott within 30 minutes of calling. Work was scheduled and completed with -in a week as promised. Would definitely recommend.

Contracted with Tree Works LLC in October 2016. Work did not progress till February 2017 with Scott asking for payment in full for work that was not completed. Have made too many calls to Scott for resolution with him only providing excuses for not completing the work. I would never hire this company again!

Tree Work finally completed on March 22 at 7:30 pm. This was the 4th rescheduled date. Work done was acceptable

A little late on the response to schedule the work. I paid a deposit for the work and the company was supposed to respond within three weeks. I had to call to schedule the work. After that, the service was great.

Scott came when he said he would. He took care of my unattractive bushes. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend

Scott answered our emergency call on a Sunday during a windstorm because one of our ponderosa trees had blown down and two other trees were threatening to fall. That was great response! We contracted for tree removal and stump grinding, which they did very well. However, this work took a few days that were spread over several weeks, and they frequently did not let us know when they were going to do the work, and they frequently did not show up when they said they would. I guess they were overloaded with work during this period. Scott's workers all were good workers

Completed the job!

Scott seems to be knowledgeable and experienced with trees in New Mexico. He arrived on time, did the work as promised, and the cost was reasonable.

NOT dependable!!

Hired Tree Work LLC to remove a big cottonwood and stump on October 22. The work was scheduled to be done on November 21 2016. Re-scheduled numerous times since they did not show up. They finally showed up (late) on December 13th. They cut the tree down, but allowed the wood to bend the chain link fence that was next to the tree (that is still not fixed). It took until January 6th to get the wood out of my back yard. The Stump is still not ground and the fence not fixed. This is too bad because a Neighbor recommended him, and he seemed Very professional at first. After that, nothing but excuses.

I didn't rate the work at 5 stars because I only saw pictures, which looked good. The customer was happy with the match. I was pleased with how quickly they responded and were able to get the work done,

The quality of work was good but they weren't very prompt.

Tree Work was quick to come to my home to do an estimate, write a contract and collect a deposit. They never performed the work requested. They kept putting me off saying that they had jobs in front of me. I aborted the project and asked for a refund of my deposit. Will see if they are honorable enough to issue said refund.

Excellent work and owner Scott was a great communicator!!

I had Scott's crew do some tree and concrete work which I was happy with except that they didn't finish cleaning up. I then put a $180. deposit down for some driveway rock (labor only). I contacted Scott to get some additional estimates for backyard work. He left me waiting twice so I requested a refund of my deposit. He told me three times that he would take care of it and it has been way over a month now. I would not trust this company and the company does not reflect well on "Home Advisor" either. Next step... Better Business Bureau!! Update: This company is well known at the BBB they give him an F. Update: He was supposed to return my deposit yesterday 09-21-2016. Another no show. Next step Attorney General's office! No more chances.

Quick response and completion of work Good clean-up

They did a great job. My trees look great. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up all the debris.

Job was done fast and without hassle.

The project was done like a professional that knew what he was dooing and showed up on time and did a great job.
