"First off none of the above stated is true, ( consumer name withheld per their request) hired us to remove some small trees & stumps in is back yard which were destroying an old retaining wall. He needed it done right away. He then told me he needed the retaining wall replaced which our company does not do, but he asked me to find him someone that does. I found someone to do it and got him a very reasonable price which I didn't have to do. This process took a few days and held us up in doing the job. He calls me back a few days later and tells me he found a concrete company to do the wall for cheaper and that he is going to have them now do the trees and stumps which he had already hired us for. He then proceeds to say cancel the contract and refund his deposit. TreeWorkz had done nothing but try and help jay with his other project which was not told to us from the beginning. We were ready to do the job like planned from the very beginning and bc he later found someone else to do the job on the side he wanted to renig on our contract. That's exactly how this all went. As you can see from all of our other reviews we value every customer and do great work."
