Treehouse Construction

I take no pleasure in writing this review. I hired this contractor to drywall a 25x32 garage new construction and make paint ready. He showed up with all 4x8 sheets of drywall. Trusting he knew what he was doing, all he did was make more seams. After hanging the drywall, he started making excuses of why he would not be here. This job was to take place during the week of Jan. 16 - 21, 2023. On January 24, 2023 he informed me (job still not completed yet) he was going on vacation. He said he would return on February 1st, but it turned into his appearance on February 2nd. From February 2nd to February 9th, was nothing but a frustration experience for me. I gave him a final check on February 9th just to dismiss him, for at this point, he was doing more harm to our garage than good. He cut out for receptacles and fixtures but they were so totally misaligned that even oversized cover plates could not cover the holes. There were spots you could see the drywall tape everywhere. There were spots where the drywall mud was applied far too heavily. There were mars, scratches, bubbles and cracks in almost every seam and corner. The corners were not sharp, they were rounded. We had talked to many others who do drywall and they all agreed that this is perhaps the worst job they have ever seen. It will cost us an exceeding amount of $$ to get this repaired correctly. He dropped so much mud on the garage floor including on our garage door openers that I am not sure I will ever be able to clean it to my satisfaction. I am not that hard to please, but this work just is not right.

Very professional. Very affordable

The job was small, but that is the best part. Andre kept it small and did not try to make a large project out of it. He knew exactly what would fix the problem and completed the job early. If you are looking for professional craftsmanship at a reasonable price, then Andre is your man.

He kept me informed of when he was going to arrive, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. We are planning on using him for other things that we need done.

Treehouse did a great job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and not overpriced. I would definitely recommend treehouse construction to anyone needing a really good handyman!
