Treeium sold me 2 solar batteries in October of 2020 along with other work. On 02/23/2023, with no action being taken, I requested a refund. I spoke with an employee who assured me they would do better. They sent a technician in early March who told me their battery placement would not pass code and we were over-promised on what 2 batteries could power. We changed my order to 1 battery for just emergency backup and changed the placement. Then on 03/24/2024 I was told that they had my battery ready, but by the time they had my permit ready, they had given my battery to another customer. A few days after providing my bank routing information, the refund had not posted. They ignored my requests and then I was told my money would be returned upon completion of the project. When I told them this was unacceptable, as they still had not provided me with a completion date, they told me that they had conferred with some of their executives and decided that they would return my money to me in 4 monthly installments. Following legal advice I received at the time, I drafted a Demand of Payment letter and sent it on 05/24/2023. Then I met with their CEO on 06/23/2023. At this meeting, I verbally agreed to the monthly installments as a favor to him due to financial issues Treeium is experiencing. All 4 payments should have been received, but no money has been returned. I provided a different routing number to another bank account. This was ignored. Then I told them they should have had a courier bring me a certified check. This was also flatly ignored. Numerous similar complaints in online reviews indicate a pattern of refunds being promised but never issued. Their failure to refund my money as promised resulted in serious financial hardship for me. Recently they allowed my SGIP rebate to expire, and indicating to me that they have no intention to finish this project. They now held $25,000 of my money for three years despite numerous requests for a refund.

Let me start off by saying that Treeium might have been a good company at one time, but in 2023, they are authentic scam artists. I contracted with Treeium to install a solar system at my house in January 2023, after going through numerous reviews of the company on more than a dozen websites. The permit from my home city took a little longer than expected, but we were supposed to have the system installed in early May. Then June. Then July. Then I was ghosted by the company. Eventually, in mid-August, I was able to get ahold of Moty, the CEO of Treeium, who explained to me that the company was going through some financial difficulties, and that the $30k I had already paid them for the materials had been spent on other projects (which is a breach of contract), and that it might be two or three months before they could install it... unless I gave them the next payment, which wasn't due until installation was completed, now, in which case they could get it installed in the next ten days. Which, incidentally, is extortion, and is stated twice in the contract they provided us that is illegal in the state of California. Instead of allowing myself to be extorted, I gave them one final opportunity to do the right thing and install the solar system we're already given them $30k to install, or I'd have no other choice but take them to arbitration. The arbitration company assigned a case manager today, because Treeium decided ghosting me again was the smartest course of action. So if you see all these bad reviews in September and October 2023 and still decide they are worth giving a chance, that's on you. You've been warned. Stay as far away from Treeium as possible.

My wife and I had a really wonderful experience working with Danny Laveaga and Ashley Arndt on our project (solar panels, roof, gutters, windows, attic insulation, and electrical work). We interviewed a number of contractors but Eli from Treeium stood out as the most straight talking & genuine guy. He came up with a quote on the spot which was exactly in line with other quotes that had taken days to come back to us. He was very open & honest about the likely problems we might encounter and clearly keen to get the job done quickly and efficiently with no unforeseen extras or delays. That's exactly how it played out, and Chaim our foreman was right on top of keeping things organized and efficiently managed the whole way through. I have no problem with giving these guys 5 stars after the horrors we've experienced before on other building projects - We are Very Satisfied Customers!

You will never meet a more relaxed, attentive, and efficient contractor, than Ron Almany with Treeium Construction. I would recommend, Ron for any level of remodeling or renovation. Ron gives personal service and attention to the client throughout the project. I first hired him to renovate a beachfront apartment. I was so pleased with the job that I hired him again to do a complete remodel of a duplex. Anything I asked him to do or change e would smile and say, "No problem" and it would be done right away. He met all his deadlines, which is unheard of. He showed the same enthusiasm for the project from start to finish and paid attention to detail. Everyone on Ron's crew were unbelievably nice, skilled, hard working, and cleaned up every day. I am about to start a major project of remodeling my home and of course I am using Ron. I have not met many people who have been so happy with their contractor that they use them over and over but with Ron you will.

Our project manager was Idan Navon. Great person friendly, knowledgeable and if he was not sure he contacted someone to get the correct answer. No second guessing with Idan! My husband and I felt very comfortable giving him our business. The roofing crew was on time professional and they cleaned up after themselves job was done in two days. Just as Idan had promised. Erez is the best! If you aÂre thinking to hire Treeium for your home remodeling project and you were lucky enough to meet with Erez, let me save you some reading time - all the other reviews Erez has online are 100% accurate and truly describe this fine young man. Now, when the project is completed, I am very pleased to add my own review! We hired Treeium and Erez to replace our roof after meeting with a few companies, but not feeling as comfortable with them both on the personal and professional side. Since we had a bad experience with a different contractor in the past, we were very picky and selective this time around.. Erez took his time with ease when he met with us (twice!) and explained everything thoroughly. After we awarded Erez the project, first thing he said to me was "Ânow it's time for me to start proving myself to you"Â, and this is exactly what Erez has done throughout the project. We passed all inspections on the first shot and now we can comfortably leave for our vacation as we were able to meet a very tight schedule for completing our project. Thank you Erez so much for delivering everything you promised and as well for a well done job!

Erez Shifferman was our project coordinator. We moved out of state while the work was being done. Erez was great and very easy to work with remotely - he kept in touch regularly, also often sending photos of progress. He handled purchasing of items, so that we didn't have to worry about that. He gave us confidence that Treeium was doing good work while we were many miles away, and made it a stress-free experience for us. After the work was done, we made a quick trip back to see it in-person. We were very satisfied with the overall quality of work by Treeium.

Treeium remodeled 2 bathrooms and replaced our roof. Our project manager, Lior was great at planning and communicating the million details that went along with this big project, even when we changed our mind on something or ran into delivery snags of products we ordered on our own. He even recommended an HVAC person to replace our dying system. We are so happy that we hired Treeium, rather than attempt this on our own. The bathrooms came out beautifully!
