On June 23, 2023 (22 months after contract signature), Moty Ginsburg (the owner of Treeium) sent me the following email: Per our conversation, we will be getting a Tesla shipment the week of the 17th of July. As soon as we have delivery, we will schedule the next days installation for you. This did not happen, nor did he contact me at ANY point after the missed date. Today is September 1, 2023. Yesterday I called and cancelled the project, stating that I would like a full refund. Frances Mayorga (from Treeium) contacted me, stating I would receive a full refund of $12,740.00 I have bank receipts totaling $18,895.80. They are now, trying to reduce the overall refund by $6155.80. I may need to hire a lawyer. Buyer BEWARE of this company. I have been VERY nice and accommodating. Treeium has been TERRIBLE.

We enjoyed working with our project coordinator, Sam, throughout the construction of our Accessory Dwelling Unit in Glendale, CA. Sam oversaw every stage of the project and was able to navigate the permitting process along the way smoothly and efficiently. His team of contractors worked hard to make sure that each stage of the build was up to the high expectations that Sam and the Treeium company are known for. We are very pleased with the results and the speed at which his craftsmanship completed our project.

Kitchen Remodel
I had an absolute blast doing my kitchen remodel with Beatris Gross. she was absolutely fantastic. Confident, professional, knowledgeable, and with a real eye for design choices, the kitchen looks even better than I would have hoped. she had a real knack for not only answering all of my questions, but taking what my wife and I wanted to do with our kitchen and making it part of the whole project. Absolutely I will be working with her again for any remodeling projects.

Kitchen Remodel
Treeium and specifically Beatris Gross and her entire team are worth every penny. No matter the size of the project you can tell they all care about the details and doing things right the first time. I never had to wonder if this work was up to code. They are experts and artists in what they do and every single crew was respectful, skilled, and honest. We have found our contractor for every other project. We needed someone to guide us through the kitchen renovation process and we found that in Beatris. We love our new kitchen and can’t wait for future work!

It’s all in the planning. Every aspect we planned carefully turned out very well and was completed w/i 10% of our original forecast. Our Project Manager, Beatris, did an excellent job keeping us on track and communicating. I would recommend Treeium, but be sure to put time into planning and budgeting your project.

Beatris help me from the very first day in giving me choices that will be best, while at the same time being kind and patient when I change my mind. She is extremely compassionate when I feel overwhelmed and work with limitations by showing me some options by text etc. Her energy is contagious and sheâ ll make sure that I donâ t try to do anything to hurt myself by bringing everything to me I can see close to choose. Sheâ s the best. I am glad that I got her. She makes the job stress free for me.

Nothing was wrong with the work quality, but the constant lying about timelines and having to chase people down in order to complete their tasks was really tiresome. Wound up cancelling the pergola portion with them due to the constant lying about ?there?s a back order on materials?. The time it took to cancel, and have a pergola installed by another company was two weeks. That company ordered from the same supplier. Second half of the project was completed a year later by system pavers. No lying and exceeded my expectations.

Thank you home Advisor for telling us about Treeium. Our bathroom remodel was just completed and what a transformation! Dorel Zander came out to meet us for the initial estimate and stayed with us throughout the entire project. Very professional and accommodating. Answered all our questions and kept us up to date on everything. Lior Lazarovich also was very helpful. We were out of town for most of the project and Dorel and Lior went above and beyond to make certain we knew what was going on at all times. The project stayed on track as the worker's came when promised, and completed work when promised. They did a great job with giving us ideas and were very helpful to make sure we got what we wanted as well. Couldn't ask for nicer people to work with. This was the first experience we had working with Treeium, but it will not be the last. Our neighbors have asked about the company and we have highly recommended them. Treeium turned out to be the best company we could have found based on price, workmanship and the employees.

Beatris Gross, the project manage was fantastic. She provided great feedback on the tile choices, walked us through the process and kept us up to date every step of the way. Any questions or issues were immediately resolved. The tile work was excellent. This is our second bathroom remodeling and this one went so much better than the first (different company), both from the management and the skilled labor perspective.

We had deck replaced with Trex, and the Treelum people were fantastic ! We had almost daily visits from company rep to insure we were getting what we wanted, and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. We are so proud of our new deck, and would recommend this company to anyone.

Treeium is in the process of redoing out front yard--driveway and courtyard. They are not finished yet, but so far we have been very pleased. We like the salesman and the project manager, Louis, very much. They go the extra mile to make the project come out perfect. They are half-way through the project.

We had our swimming pool demolished and removed. Our back yard is now transforming into a beautiful garden. Our project manager, Eli was fantastic to work with. Everyone on the crew were polite, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. I will use Treeium for future projects.

I ordered a 308sqft aluminum patio cover to reduce the sun exposure on my back bedroom. Not only does the cover look great, but how things progressed was impressive. 1. I was given an up front price that was in line with competitors. I chose them due to other good reviews they have had. 2. The project was timed and well managed by Erez, who coordinated the permit, the materials purchase and the installation. 3. The installation passed inspection the first time and was well done. Built per plan. Overall this was was a very pleasant and efficient engagement of an impeccable business. I highly recommend Treeium.
