Initially there were some minor issues, which seemed, at the time, to be taken care of, however,time has shown that they were not.. We are currently in litigation regarding the addition. It has been almost 5 years since the project was completed. Unfortunately, there are some very serious issues with this project, which to this date, have not been satisfactorily addressed. The sub the hired got in a fight with the city inspector and created additional permit issues for the home. It took 4 times longer than they quoted. I continue to find quality issues two years later. The project manager from Treeium did not provide our designs to the contractors; he verbally explained them. This caused multiple mistakes and rework that we had to catch ourselves. The quality of work is exceptionally inconsistent. One wall is tiled perfectly, while others are cut into different lengths and not allowed. The Trim is not aligned. The floor is not sealed, everywhere tons of cut corners. Work was only done when we were there. After weeks of almost no progress, my 9-month pregnant wife had to be in the room watching them work for them to finish. Once the supervision the project manager should have been providing was there, it was complete in a few days.

I worked with Eli at Treeium over 3 1/2 months - remodeling two bathrooms. From our first conversation to the last, Eli was a pleasure to work with and Treeium did not disappoint! Our remodeling was (IMHO) pretty extensive -- new sinks, new vanities, new toilets, new lighting, new stall shower, new floors, new tile, and so on. The only thing we didn't replace was the bathtub - because Eli recognized that it could be refinished and look like new (which it did!!). We also did some structural work (reconfiguring a closet and also changing a doorway). I had a million decisions to make in the process of selecting materials, tile, flooring, countertops, etc. -- and so I was in steady contact with Eli to make sure what I was picking out would meet code requirements and would work within the constraints of our bathrooms (e.g., making sure the stall shower wasn't too large for the space). He was always fast in responding, patient in answering my questions, and helpful in providing the necessary information. Treeium's team was also great -- from the folks who handled the loan, to the foreman of the job, to the workers who did the actual work. Everyone was friendly, competent, FAST, and professional. On many days, I was out of town and I had no hesitation leaving them a key in a lock box and letting them work without my actually being there. If they ran into a problem or a question, they contact me -- so I never had to worry that they would make a decision in my absence that I wouldn't agree with. Eli said the first bathroom would take 3 weeks and the second (master) bathroom would take 4 weeks. And he was true to his word! Even allowing for "wasted" days due to holidays or waiting for city inspections, the projects were complete in 7 weeks. I would definitely work with Treeium again and with Eli, in particular!

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel project with Treeium and have been completely impressed with this company! Having had a bad experience with contractors before, we were hesitant to take on a project of this scale. I enjoyed working with my project manager Eli. He spent almost three hours with me working through the project. There was never any pressure. He was quite patient with me, helpful and always just a phone call away. I appreciate his flexibility when I decided to make changes to original contract. He took it in stride both of us were quite pleased with the final product and glad I made the changes. The team was wonderful to work with. They came right on time every morning, worked all day & when they were finished, cleaned everything up. They protected floors & patched up minor stucco cracks from the demolition. This was my first remodeling project and I learned a lot. Grateful for Elis recommendations for tile, shower glass, etc. I did learn a valuable lesson during this project-always open all the boxes of sink, shower & other materials ordered & delivered; make sure nothing is damaged and all the parts are there. We had to reorder a couple of things that were missing or wrong & delayed timeline a little. Our project turned out beautiful and I cant thank Eli & the team enough. A big thank you to Jose, Valente, Lorenzo & the others.

I learned that everything should be in writing to confirm changes but overall I am very pleased with all their work! Eli was wonderful. This was the only company that suggested options. The project was more expensive but it was what I wanted. Jose was wonderful, as well. He kept things neat, clean, and on time!

I have to say my experience working with Guy Breuer was ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC. He was so helpful with the designing of my Kitchen and Bathroom and had so many great ideas. Both my Kitchen and Bathroom turned out so much better the I had imagined. Guy Breuer was always very responsive to my questions and would get back to me in a very timely manner. The crew did a fantastic job in making the remodel so easy and they were always on time. It was so nice to come home to all the great surprises. Things were always so clean and neat every night. I had 3 pipes changed for iron to copper for the sink and toilet, (only 1 length of copper pipe was used and they did not go under the house), three electrical boxes for switches were changed and 8 feet of insulation in the ceiling was changed and a piece of metal was cut off a light in the ceiling and charged. A door was going to be removed and replaced to finish laying the floor. The door was not replaced but they still wanted to charge me for the door. I finally received a 100.00 credit, I was charged over 6000.00 for this work was done in 1 day.

My wife's bathroom was our first ever home remodeling project and we are so happy to have had Jacob Mahlof as our project manager, guiding us through every step from the initial bid to completion. On the front end, even though Treeium had the highest of four bids, Jacob's professionalism combined with his competitors' shadiness and/ or lack of preparedness made choosing Treeium an easy decision. Jacob laid out a timeline and what we could expect from him and his crew and he lived up to his word. On the design front, we appreciated a few suggestions Jacob made that had a HUGE impact on the finished product and that we would never have thought of on our own. Jacob won me over at the completion of the project when I was slightly dissatisfied with but willing to accept the quality of the tile floor (the grout lines were not a uniform size and not all the corners lined up). At Jacob's insistence that part of the floor was dug up and redone and when I look at our beautiful floor I realize I would always have had that slight dissatisfaction gnawing at me. As it is, my wife and I could not be happier with the way the bathroom turned out and we are super appreciative of the way Jacob guided us through the entire process.

Treeium was terrific. Idan, Jacob and David kept me informed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My neighbors kept telling me how great and fast things seemed to be moving with regard to my addition. Overall the project seems a little a head of schedule. Treeium was terrific. My project manager, Guy, was readily available when I need to speak with him and he kept me informed on the progress of my double bath remodel. They were able to save my original 1929 bathroom wall tiles that other companies determined couldnât be save and my master bath remodel turned out beautifully.

Treeium was a disaster from day one. We were told that they would get a dumpster and portable toilet. Neither happened. The first demo crew simply piled the refuse in our front yard. We were told that the entire project would take 2 months. After 5 months we were asked to sign off on the project. We refused saying that the project was incomplete. With all the areas where we still have problems we do not yet feel that the project is complete, it has been one year. The first group of subcontractors were terrible and were let go after about 3 months. There work was sloppy and shoddy. The next crew was better and were able to fix some of our complaints. The biggest problem that we have now is mostly the result of poor tile work. We spent over 7K on tiles. It is simply heart breaking to see the errors in our home. We spent our life savings on this project and we are quite depressed on how things worked out. The first problem is the tile work done in the kitchen. The tiles are uneven. The guest bathroom has sub-par tile work done. As of this writing I am going to try to attach pictures, I hope that works. The biggest problem is in our master bathroom. It took several tries to install the glass tile in our bathroom. This was very frustrating. We still have one tile in our shower niche where the tile is cracked. The construction of our shower is very poor. There are cracks in the shower foundation. We have bugs in the cracks. Also the vanity was cut to fit next to the shower. In both bathrooms we have problems with grouting. The grouting is cracked in numerous places. They advertise that they are "Green Business, Eco-friendly and sustainable company," but our experience is opposite. My house was ruined by them. Company representative promised me to fix the problems, but I will believe only when I see.
