Absolutely fantastic service! They removed trees from a portion of my property that has been growing wild for years. Would highly recommend them if you are deciding between companies. They show up on time and go above and beyond. Wish I had before and after to show bc my yard is unrecognizable.

I highly recommend “Monster Tree Service” of South Charlotte, because they did a phenomenal job with cutting down some huge trees on our property. They were very professional and meticulous with keeping branches from falling near my smaller trees! They cleaned everything up and made all of it an easy process from start to finish!

The most important thing to most people is probably price and it was extremely competitive. However on top of that, really professional team/team leader came to do the work. The leader explained the process, asked if I had any questions and then followed back up with me when they were finished. They also email you schedule reminders and are prompt. Because of where the tree was, they needed to access the neighbors yard. The neighbor called me and told me "what a professional company...you picked the right one"! If you need tree service/stump grinding, I highly recommend them!

Tree Removal
I excepted their proposal on May 8 to cut down one tall pine tree. I have called several times to determine when they will do the work. Each time I was told it would be done within the next week. Going on three weeks and the work is not done. Branches hang over my house and I expressed the need to have them removed ASAP. Very frustrating dealing with the delays. It is difficult for me to understand why Monster could not find time to complete what is described as a four hour job over a three week period. Monster quoted a reasonable price that is turning out to not be reasonable and should be discounted for the frustration I am dealing with. If you use them, tie them down to a scheduled time to do your work. I can't comment on their work quality , but their admin and scheduling would rate as a one star.

Wow! We received outstanding quality work from this company and would highly recommend to any family member or friend. Their professionalism and efficiency surpassed our expectations. They removed 45 pine trees from our yard and roughly the same from our next door neighbor's yard. HUGE project! Watching the way they communicated and streamlined every part of this project was so impressive. They were super efficient and on time every day to start their work. We always felt safe on our property and they were very respectful of our 19 months old's nap time. They cleaned up every day before leaving which was just icing on the cake. Great job Monster Tree Service! You have our business for life!
