great work

Did a lot of work in four hours! Cleaned up the brush as agreed. Recommended, but a written quote/scope a good idea.

Trees Extracted gave me an initial quote to include stump grinding/removal, and a day before they were done, they told me it did not include the stump removal . The crew was very sloppy and almost scary when it came to safety. When they took down a huge branch on the tree they were removing, it crashed on the neighbors magnolia tree and caused a lot of damage. My neighbor said not to worry about it even though I asked many times what they wanted me to do. Trees Extracted was driving on my neighbors property and was using their driveway to park their work truck and equipment. I told them they could not do that, and they begrudgingly moved their stuff. No safety hats, safety glasses or any other safety equipment was used. I did not pay them what their original quote was. Prior to hiring them I had reviewed their ads on the internet, which were very professional looking. I had asked them what equipment they had, and they told me a 45 bucket lift so they could get the high branches first--that was not true!!
