They sent me proof of insurance. Prior to cutting down a tree near my home. They dropped a section of the tree on my home. They were not fully insured, their insurance was not pleased that they misrepresented their coverage. We had to submit the damage claim through our home owners insurance. Bill and Connie are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They are scammers. I would give them negative stars if I could. This company is awful . RUN!

BEWARE SCAMMERS: Where do I begin PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE to all customers out there read this review before you get scammed out of your honest hard working money. Trees Inc owners Connie Lynd and Bill her husband. Which i admit i did not have contact with them in the beginning. They Subcontract and are affiliated with a different company which the owners of that company are Lane and Laura. To everyone out there I have pictures, texts, and MUST know: I spoke with claims investigators on their liability policy. adding a sub contractor to your policy will not cover any claims if some thing was to go wrong during the job being done at your premises. The Claims investigator from the insurer carrier stated in fact that you as the vulnerable home owner would be left with the damages done to your property if this company cut down a tree and fell on your property and damaged your home. Adding sub contractors to your policy is a big NO NO so please consumers do not make the mistake i did. Investigators determined with voice confirmation that Connie Lynd had called in her policy for Laura and Lane, their subcontractor, to add them as additional insured to show that they have coverage. but that does not cover you as a homeowner. so Beware and do your homework. A lot of companies get busy and start hiring subcontractors as side help to do work for them. HERE IS THE BEST PART: Their subcontractors quoted my job $3900 and took a 50% deposit. They show up one day trim a few branches, make a mess and leave to make it look like they are getting started to work. Next day show up super late afternoon pick up their tools and leave. Now you as a homeowner are screwed out of your deposit because they did just an hour of work. The detectives that are involved stated that that is how scammers are getting your money. because they actually worked for an hour and trimmed couple branches is justified as work. Connie, Bill, Laura, and Lane are all working together on this scheme to con vulnerable people out of their money. THE SAD PART HERE IS. The people that got scammed were 70 year old sick people that just were looking too have some trees removed from their property. BEWARE: Connie will play a part stating she has no clue what is going on, but it is her responsibility as the policy holder to not scam people from their money by adding subcontractors to her policy. I can prove to all consumers that investigators determined and stated that this policy has added them and multiple people like them to their policy just to show that they have coverage to make you feel comfortable to pay a deposit. I HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE TO STEER AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES. Please let me know if anyone out there is already been dealing with this before this review. I am willing to work with you to help shutdown companies like this for good.

They came by to start the job, said the climber did not feel safe climbing, then they were going to come back with a lift. Came up the street then just left. Would not answer my calls to see why they are not cutting trees. I want the deposit back that I gave them.

Great group. Fair price. Responded immediately when a tree fell from my yard and blocked half of the street. They worked into the darkness hours to get the tree removed from the street. Cleaned up completely afterwards. Nice folks eager to grow their business.
