Excellent job!

Treetastic was recommended to us through a friend. We called in February and Jamie got back to us the next day and we made an appt. for a quote. We wanted our trees cleaned and lower branches removed. He was in the ballpark of the other estimates we received. We took a liking to Jamie and decided to go with him.. At that time we were very pleased with their work and crew. They carted everything away and left our place clean. In May we called Treetastic again for a quote to lay sod in our backyard. They just completed the job and again we are very pleased with their work. Our backyard looks beautiful. They took up the old grass/weeds, carted it away, put topsoil down and then the sod. They told us what times to water the sod and for how long. The job took two days. Adam and Jamie were a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. Their crew of men are amazing and work very hard. Kudos to Graham, Shelby, Chris and Mike. They left our place very clean. We highly recommend Treetastic for any kind of yard work.

Beware of this company. Jamie of Treetastic came to give us a quote on the removal of a large Silver Maple in our back yard, Stump Grinding of that tree and other miscellaneous work and cleanup. Jamie s crew came and cut the tree down doing a good job. Near the end of the work we were notified by Jamie that the Stump Grinding machine was not available and that they would need to come back tomorrow to finish the work. This left the huge stump and roots in the yard at the end of the day. Jamie came at the end of the day and asked us to Settle up and he assured us that he would be back at 8:30 am the next day, Saturday, to do the Stump Grinding writing it on the receipt. He even told us how to place the cars in the driveway so that the crew would have access to the stump. So we paid him in full. Big mistake. We waited all day Saturday and no one showed up. We called Jamie s number twice and then the company numbers and got the answer machine each time. We left messages throughout the day requesting a status on the work. We got no answers. It is now a week later and we have not received an answer to our 4 different messages left on all the company s phone numbers but no one has showed up to do the stump nor answered our calls. We ended up hiring another company to come in and grind the stump. We are looking into Small Claims court to get satisfaction for the work not done. We will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau which states that Treetastic has a A+ rating. Be aware and NEVER pay in full if the job is not complete on any job, no matter what they say, but especially with this company.

Jamie and his crew were great. They were able to remove an unseen hornets nest in one of my trees. Their work was done in a timely fashion and the cost was competitive. I will hire them again for other work at my home.

Nice guys; follow up not so on time, though! Workers were good; just needed more clean-up. But good tree work!
