The workers who repaired the drywall cracks and buckling arrived on time, worked hard all day with very minimal breaks, and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

Paul and his team came in and did a great job of restoring our home after a broken water pipe. The guys worked hard and actually completed the job a day earlier than expected. I would absolutely hire them again and am already looking for the next project they can help me with.

Original had a carpet runner going up the stairs that I removed. They came out to remove the staples I could not get off, sand the floors because of the small holes caused by the staples and restained the steps. They did do a good job. Missed some of the staples though and a couple spots could have been sanded more.

Needed repair before further cabinet installation could proceed. Trench came out that evening to complete the repair.

Purchased hardwood flooring for upper level of my home. Floors looked great however, had to request a service call for a few minor things. Good pricing for solid oak hardwood floors and steps. Good customer service.

Paul is great! He's a very easy going guy and so friendly. He was always available for questions. We really enjoyed working with him. His subs were very nice and professional too. We are hiring Paul to do several other projects on our home as well. I only gave the work quality 4.5 because we just had a few minor problems with the tile in the bathrooms. There wasn't a lot of light and the sub didn't bring a light so the grout had a few not so great spots that didn't come to light until after we moved in.

We hired Trench Flooring & Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. They were very pleasant to work with and they listened to our concerns and were willing to do whatever they could to make our kitchen our dream kitchen. They did an amazing job despite many obstacles due to problems with our cabinet supplier. They worked quickly and got the job done. My husband, son and I couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! I would definitely hire them again and plan on hiring them to help us with a few more house projects. A very good value for the money and they will keep coming back until the job is done to your satisfaction.

Good value

Management leaves a lot to be desired. Workers did good work but management needs to be better organized and could work on customers service. They also need to pay attention to finishing details of their work.

Paul was very quick to respond and very professional. He came to our home the day after I contacted him to provide estimates, he is thorough, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The first project was a shower tile installation in our guest bathroom, and it looks amazing. I have at least 2 other projects we plan to have Paul complete for us.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy extended to me by this business. The work was fantastic. It was efficiently done considering the amount of furniture that needed to be moved and relocated. And the finished project was amazing. I had hardwood floors installed in my family room. Additionally I had repair and refinishing the living room my sons room and my master bedroom. I definitely got my moneys worth and more. I would highly recommend Paul Trench flooring and remodeling for any of your household needs!

Paul Trench was great. I am a very picky customer, and he was there for me every time I needed him. The guys that did the work were super friendly, had very nice manners, and did a great job on building a new 6' wood gate and attached panels. I have already asked them to give me an estimate on replacing the deck. I will hire them for all of my future projects.

Paul quickly responded to my request for quote. He was the most helpful and confident in his walk down of my basement repair project (water line break which required drywall repair, painting and new flooring). He was able to schedule the work the following work and completed promptly. I installed Pergo LV planks at his suggestion. He followed up to ensure I was pleased with the job. I got rather lucky. I moved to a new area and knew absolutely no one. I didn't even know who to trust when I asked others for referrals. I made appointments with a half dozen contractors, and after weeding through the bull, and the salesmen, Trench Flooring and Remodeling stood alone. I chose Trench flooring for the job, and would again in heartbeat. My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the job they did. Since then, I've had contractors, including Trench Flooring, out to quote 3 other jobs. Again and again, it was Trench Flooring and Remodeling. I've had Paul Trench and his team complete 3 total projects now. I'm so pleased I needed to tell someone. Hardwood floors, basement refinish, drywall and leak restoration...all superb jobs. Paul and his team were honest, and displayed integrity within their work and communications. They did great work and clean up behind themselves, without me ever having to ask. Paul Trench is extremely easy to talk to and work with. They are a local neighbor, and small company, very talented in their craft, and do great work at a fair and honest price. It goes without saying, I trust them, & I'd recommend them for whatever they can do for you.

Besides installing linoleum in my kitchen, Trench & Co. also replaced wood spindles on my staircase with iron; sanded and stained my bannisters & installed a new screen door. All the projects were extremely well done. They were professional, polite and prompt, and the quality of work was outstanding! All at a reasonable price.

Very professional. Had my hardwood floors refinished. Paul was very professional and answered all my questions. Our floors has animal pee stains in them, and Paul was very honest and said that they wouldn't come completely out but after they were sanded and stained you will barely see them. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful. You really have to look hard to see the slight discoloration. So glad that I had them refinished, instead of covering up with laminate. Paul was a pleasure to talk to and work with.The men did an excellent job. The work crew showed up on time, and were very hard workers. I will be using Trench Flooring again in the future and referring to my friends.
