Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
This project could be finished in two days, it took 3.5 days. I knew later that they had another work at the same time. They took down my closet door when they did floor and put back the door, however, I had trouble to close it. I called them again to fix the problem. Hardwood T-moulding between living room and dinning room is not even, because cut little bit longer. I have to redo it later.

"rhw was an agustment on the door the mans old floor was warped thats why the molding didnt fit he didnt speek very good english we went back the next day to adjust his door he wasent there we went back th flowing day he said he wood be there he wasent the 3 rd day he was thats why it took3.5 days"

I looked up on the internet for referrals, possibly in the Zachary, Louisianna area. That was late one night. The next morning, by 8 o'clock, the man had called. He was here the next day, and within the next 2-3 days he had placed the floor in one room, which is what I needed. Within 3 hours called, he came, he did everything. Actually, a couple hours ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend his service.

They came right out to measure and give a price. They called on time and arrived on time. They had to hand over the job to another installer because I was on a tight time frame however he did a very good job and I am happy.

my carpet is coming up at the door, because of no moulding or whatever it is that connects the tile to the carpet from keeping it from coming up. Also took too long, and did not do my grout sealant. disappointed.

"I run a respectable business and offer a 5 year guarentee on all of my work. Firstly, I was never notified by this customer because I would gladly go back and fix whatever has caused the disappointment. Secondly, the grout was unsealable at the time it needed sealed and was told by the customer they were going to finish the sealing. Once again, no contact was made so this rating has me baffled!"

Overall adequate work on the floor itself. Some of the small things could have been better. The transition thresholds between wood floor and tile did not look professional. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with.

changed work days on the day, had to redo floor, not done properly the first time. carpet that was laid, has most noticeable seems.

He did a very good job putting down the wood floor. He told me to get a baby thresh hole and that he would put that down also. I went and purchased it and he came the following Saturday and put it down. Thank you very much for recommending him to me.
