The problem ended up being something that I did with the WiFi thermostat, but I was only charged for the diagnosis. The technician came very quickly, explained what had happened, and was very courteous. I highly recommend this company!

The workers were very friendly and answered questions when they came up. There was a problem with communication between the workers and the one who took the job order. The workers didn't know about a lot of the work that had to be done until I told them. But all issues were dealt with satisfactorily.

I called Trent early this afternoon. I discussed my problem and felt very comfortable with their understanding of the issue. We discussed cost and felt good knowing what my cost would be. I asked when they could have someone here. They had someone here in about 2 hours. The service tech was polite and went right to work. He opened the unit up and worked to diagnosis the problem. He found a broken wire and had A/C running in under 30 minutes. We were very happy because we had no A/C for a month. The service fee was reasonable and exactly as promised. We've found our new HVAC service company!

Very good work. Did not pay until the job was finished. Very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Thank You for referring me to them. They system is working beautifully and I can already tell my electric meter has slowed down alot. Hope to start seeing savings on my electric bills. I had them replace my air conditioner. I was so confident and comfortable with them that I let them do the project while I was out of the house. When I got home, I couldn't even tell that they had been there. They cleaned up just that well! I was very pleased that everything was done and in place by the time I got home and under-budget. I would recommend Trent to anyone, they're fantastic!
