Matt is very accommodating and always on time for all our appointments. He answered his cell immediately each time I had occasion to call him and advised on tree placment, purchasing options, and installed the tree perfectly straight, a 7.5 inch live oak, very tall, though at about 35 feet. He usually works on smaller trees, but he agreed to go a bit out of his comfort zone and did an excellent job! Also, while all his equipment was here, he removed an underground oil storage tank that has been drained by the county, but was just weird to have two pipes, trip hazards, sticking out of the ground, and he did a great job on that as well. I plan to ask him in the future to do future landscaping jobs.

They gave me an estimate of 1500 to take down 4-5 trees and after they started the job, they said the 2 trees on the side of my house would be 2500 instead of 600. This increased the original estimate from 1500 to 3400. They were on my property for the first estimate so they should have been aware of what was required. Then they allowed a limb to hit my house causing 125 dollars worth of damage, my gutter was bent, my sago palm damaged, and an impact hole was left in my driveway from throwing part of a tree down. I contacted the owner to communicate my dissatisfaction. He promised to refund part of my money, but that was 3 weeks ago.

The best tree service I have ever used. Even with their very busy schedule after Irma they came 2 days before our appointment . They not only did excellent and expert work at a very fair price but they took the time to be very helpful to and concerned about the homeowner. I am definitely going to hire them again.

Very professional work at a fair price. These guys know what they are doing, and enjoy doing it. They took down trees, trimmed others, and cleaned everything up - including some storm debris. They are efficient, competent, informative and polite. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will call them again when I need more tree work done.

We have used them twice. The first time was before hurricane Irma and they cut down or removed limbs that we needed gone, They even hung our bat box and the tree where we wanted to and were happy to do so. The second time we used them was after the hurricane and they came out the same day to remove trees that were blocking our drive way, They did a great job and we were only trapped for a few hours,

Trenton Tree Service removed trees that were damaged by hurricane Irma. Considering the hectic times, their response was quick, and the work was done professionally. Their prices were very good to excellent, depending on who they are being compared with. I made need some pruning to secure some big trees over my house. I would use them again for that job.

They came on the same day I called to give me an estimate (this was the day after hurricane Irma passed through!). Very reasonable estimate. They came the next day to start the work and completed it on time, which was very impressive given how busy they were because of the hurricane damage all over town. Great communication, and they and were very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend.

As an absentee property owner, I had no contacts in the area. Through Home Advisor, Matt promptly returned my call, visited the site, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his crew even did additional trimming and removal, at no extra charge. During and after the job Matt provided me pictures of the work. He was very polite, professional, and conscientious. I would definitely use Matt and his crew again.

First time using home advisor. Matt called, was out same day to evaluate my tree project. He gave me a quote I couldn't believe, asked him if he could start tomorrow! They took out 10+ trees (a few monsters), tackled palmetto bushes, and ground all the stumps in 1 day, with a little cleanup done the next. I couldn't believe it! This crew is very professional, efficient, and they have a work ethic that is hard to come by. I've got Matt's number saved in my contacts and will be using them again in the future. What a relief to have found an outstanding trustworthy tree guy!
