Triboro fencing is by far the worst in customer service & communication. They bid on my back yard dog fence less than 330' inclusive in June 2024 a quote was given to me & they required a $1820 deposit down ... I offered to go buy the material (field fencing purchased from Ace Hardware locally & a mesh 10' gate (next day at TSC) (Both excellent companies.) I had been having to call& email regularly since June 2024 till 10-31-24. As there terrible (at best at communicating anything.) I had been told via email that the material was on order.. (So I'm thinking that they are ordering fencing & the 10' gate (which they only ordered the gate but no fencing) WHy I'm not sure as again they didn't want to use my material ... then in less than 24 hours Chris the sales guy calls & says the fence installers are coming this morning 10/31/24 to do the install but with no fencing & no gate. ... I was SHOCKED to say the least ...so with the fence installer next to me I called the main # for Triboro & said I need to speak with Chris. ... the guy that answered the phone then said that I had verbally said I need a gun!? I dont own a gun .. what I said is "I got go" while standing next to their installer & then i walked to my barn. I NEVER would have said that anyway as its inappropriate.. and the guy sent the fence installers to another job... ... he calls me I had to explain & defend myself that I NEVER said I need a gun..this is to be a SIMPLE dog fence install...when I actually said "I gotta go" with their installer next me .. these people will do & say anything to show they have the upper hand once they take your $$. at this point I am I'd settle for the material I purchased & will do the fence myself... this has been an absolutely HORRID experience & I would NEVER RECOMMEND TRIOBORO fencing but I would reccomend PRO FENCE @ (484) 954-7515 they don't swindle a deposit up front and are very communicative.

Nonresponsive.Very disappointed. We were working with this company for a new fence until they became nonresponsive. After having to give them the information twice, we were finally told the estimate was ready but we never received it. I tried calling for updates with no return calls. We finally gave up and found a new contractor. I would not recommend this company.

Professional, efficient, friendly.

We have a 1923 Frank Lloyd Wright inspired bungalow. She’s a beautiful old girl. With a huge covered porch. Think Savannah. We had the old wood railings which the carpenter bees loved to eat and it was rotting. Time to go! We chose Tri Boro to replace those old wood railings with brand new white vinyl railings. What a difference! The railings are beautiful. They did a beautiful job!!! One thing. They are very busy. Good for them! So if you need your project done in a week. If you’d like to use this company you’ll have to be just a little more patient. We would use Tri Boro again if the need arose. Thank you Tri Boro for our beautiful new railings!

They were very prompt, courteous and they checked with us through the whole installation so they made sure they were doing what we wanted.

They were great and cleaned after themselves and asked to look at other parts of the fence and told me what I needed to do.

Quality of work is great! They have long lead times though and can't commit to a specific date or week until they get closer to the construction date.
