I know some people can be hard to please with. But we are retired military, pretty easy-going and have worked with people all over the United States. THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE VERY WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL WE HAVE EVER USED ANYWHERE IN AMERICA. It is the worst experience we have had in 12 years of living in Elizabethton. They were hired to replace two commodes, inspect a tile floor for a possible leak and fix a door. They replaced the two commodes. But they cracked the base of one and damaged a wooden floor. They destroyed an expensive tile floor hunting for possible water damage. (We were later told they could have looked without destroying the floor.) They were supposed to fix a door. The guy banged on it with a hammer, and we later found he had broken the hinge. They were supposed to glue down two tiles. Both came up within a week. The guy helped himself TO OUR BATH TOWELS to clean up water on the floor. He used our plastic mop bucket to mix some glue and destroyed the bucket. He did no cleanup at all. In fact, I do not think he even had cleanup materials. What is worse is that we have called and emailed the company and they would not call back. Eventually, they finally did schedule a visit but cancelled it ONE HOUR before the owner (Kevin) was supposed to show up. The lady on the phone old me that and she would call me in a couple of days to reschedule. THAT WAS A LIE and we have never heard from them since despite repeated calls and emails.

They came when they said they would and they did good work. problems were personal and my fault for being sick and not watching and paying attention as I should have.The Company charged my visa card when they were only to hold for security. Now, after paying for the complete invoice for the job, I cannot get them to refund over 400.00$ + they charged on my VISA. It has been 10 days and I have to ask twice for credit. I will get the Bank to credit my account. Problem with misplaced checks and cell phones. when they were about finished I got my checkbook. I had them there ready to pay but they disappeared. I had to pay the full amount from my wife bank account. It took a week through the holidays to cancel my bank accounts and open new ones. The cell phone and the checkbooks still have not been found. They did a good job but the headaches are still coming. NOTE: when paying per square ft, do not let and or write a contract based on the estimated laminate to be installed. Request a refund on any unused material. When a professional writes a contract on uninstalled material make sure you change the contract to only material actually installed. I paid for 4 unused boxes of material or 80 sq ft not installed. Check the material needed by several estimates.

I would most definitely recommend Tri-City Flooring! They did a superb job and Kevin and his crew were amazing! Thanks guys for the wonderful job!!!!
