Randy was great. Gave me a coupon to save money. Did some research and found his rates very reasonable. Carson was punctual, personable and had the springs replaced in about half hour. He even lubed the garage door. Both were very professional.and gave courtesy calls before coming out I guess when you have a family operated business you go the extra mile. Will recommend to family and friends. Would not hesitate to call them for any additional needs. Thanks guys.

They came out twice because the problem wasn't fixed after he first visit. They did not charge for the second visit. Very reasonable cost and it now works great after some trouble shooting and moving the sensors off of the rails

The glass panels on the garage door add a nice touch to the look of our home, and also provide nice daylight inside the garage when the door is shut. Arrived on schedule, knew what to do, and did it (added a cross-member to adjust a slightly bent door. Service call charge ($90) was a bit steep when compared to others though.

Very friendly, responsive, on time. Did not charge me a service fee to come to my house and give an estimate. Scheduled very quickly. Installer Ethan was friendly, professional and did a great job. Cost was $300 less than other door company that charged me $29 to give me an estimate. Very satisfied with Tri City Garage Doors.
