We will go over the details of the actual installation with you further and in person before we start the work. 2. We promise not to arrive at your home before 7:30am. We promise to respect your schedule. 3. When we arrive at your home we are not going to make a lot of noise. 4. We will make sure that we do not leave any dangerous tools lying around. 5. We will cover your floors with drop cloths to protect them during the installation. 6. We will not play music on the job without your permission. 7. We will be planning your job carefully to ensure that your water, heat, or electricity will be off for the shortest possible time. 8. If you have a family pet we promise to be very careful when we go back and forth to the truck. 9. When we a done working we will clean up thoroughly and to your satisfaction.
