Robbie was an excellent representative of Tri-City Pools. He helped through the entire process, provided valuable knowledge, answered all my questions timely, and kept in contact throughout the project. The final product exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the new pool area.

they found and fixed the leak i had,But then chaged me for miner repairs in pump system that idid not asked about or get a price or give an ok.I was at work and did not get a phone call when the tech. was finished he left with out leave any kind of paper work of service done and left gate open and my two dogs got loose. then i recieced a bill about 2 weeks later.

From estimate to completion, Tri City is a truly professional, customer satisfaction focused company. Under the expert experience, leadership & planning by the GM, to the caring, detail oriented DSM, to the efficient Admin Staff, to the highly skilled, respectful work crew, to the Field SM monitoring the curing process, you can be sure everything will go smoothly & you'll be over the moon happy with the results. I signed up for their monthly service because these are the kind of people I want taking care of my pool!
