We really enjoyed working with Tri-Con as a business and on a personal level. Their work is top quality and we used them a second time because of their great work ethics and skills. We hired Tri-con to help with some siding wood rot issues on our mid 70 house. The repairs were not done properly or completely and will likely result in additional rot if left as they completed it. No effort was made to attack the wood rot problem, only to cover it up. Caulk was not applied to horizontal boards (or anywhere). Some large gaps were created in the repair and were left unattended. Paint job is spotty at best and some boards were never even touched with a brush. Clean-up was not even a thing, I am still pulling 3 screws out of the lawn. We paid for 40% of the work up front, then when the work was almost completed Tony asked if we could help him out and pay all but $1,000 of the final bill, which I did. That same day the worker came out to assess what still needed done. We agreed on several items that needed attention. At the end of that discussion an additional $700 of the final $1,000 was requested - I declined. That was 3 weeks ago - no one has called, or come by to finish the job. The fact that they are not asking for the final $1,000 speaks volumes. I do not know what they can do to fix it at this point without some expense to their own pocket so I expect I will not hear back from them ever. Great work! Great people! The scope of the work changed, and I didn't receive an updated bid, but it wasn't a large increase, although the laborers told me the scope would increase. There was a bit of paint spilled on my driveway edge. They communicated well. Worked when they said they would. They cleaned up well. The initial bid was a bit under scoped, and they didnâ t call me back about that, but the increase was about what I expected. Actually, one of the guys doing the work was from the same part of Missouri that I am from. I texted both workers in the evening about the type of paint that I had to pick up, and they both responded. The owner said that he just hires people that are recommended to him through his *personal* network.

The owner, Tony Plunkett, arrived at my home very quickly to assess the project details and to provide advice. Within a few days, Tony sent Gerald, a very talented carpenter, to our home to begin the restoration efforts. The work performed is all high quality, and the technician was professional and courteous at all times. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed and the timeliness in which it was all performed. I highly recommend Tri-Con Properties, Inc.

Poor quality of work and very overpriced. I had to hire a different company to re-do the poor, sloppy work that was done with no offer from the company to make it right.

Easy company to work with. Received a visit and a quote from Tony within 1 day of our request. Since our house is on the market, Tony got us scheduled and had his painter here three days after we accepted the quote. The work was completed in 2.5 days and it looks great. Highly recommend these guys as their pricing is very competitive and the finished product is exceptional.

1. The owner of the company called me shortly after my posting requesting someone to repair a rotted window sill on 2nd floor. On phone, owner (Tony) was friendly and professional. Within less than 24 hours he had come to the house to estimate cost for the work. Meeting him in person, he was again, professional while being friendly and easy to do business with. He promptly emailed an estimate to me, and I accepted it. 2. Tri-Con's technician (Derrin) contacted me the next day as, given the job was relatively small, they could do it that day...much bigger job was starting after the weekend. Derrin arrived when he said he would, and he had called me in advance, as I had requested. In a matter of minutes, Derrin was set up and working. He apparently is a window expert (as well as being very good at other work, I suspect.) Derrin communicated with me (and with my wife) in a pleasant , friendly, accurate, and professional manner at all times. He even told us when he was taking a break for lunch and reassured us he would be back at a certain time. 3. Some additional rot was discovered, and Derrin handled it. (There was a slight additional charge on final invoice, but that was expected given the additional rot that was discovered.) 4. Derrin completed the work, including painting all repaired areas to match existing trim (we provided the paint.) Derrin cleaned up, and when he was ready to leave, there was not a sign of him being there...other than a repaired window! 5. Tony, Tri-Con owner promptly sent final invoice by email. Truly an outstanding company!
