Approaching 20 years of consistent, excellent expertise, and rapid responses for unscheduled repairs it was time to say thanks to this essential service rendered by Tri County. Living here requires AC for comfort at the least, survival on blistering, sunny Summer days & sultry still nights. Aging, medical issues, and even medicines make air condition a priority that fans, open verandas and porch doors & windows on the corner rooms do not get the job done like Tri County's staff & it's appliances they sold us & installed. Such promises made and kept are truly a blessing much appreciated. While installing a new HVAC their staff was OUTSTANDING in innovations to cope with replacing a new unit in a TINY condo closet shared with the water heater. They were masterful & resilient in solving challenge after challenge. Never frustrated, always calm, they'd confer & discuss options. Unrelenting old school dynamic teamwork for hours get the job done.

From installation to regular maintenance and occasional repairs over the past seven years we have had only excellent service and reliable repairs. Each and every employee is top notch in knowledge, clear explanations for the customer to detail the issues and timely response. I have had to use three other companies in the past 20 + years but no one even comes close to the quality that Tri-County offers. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Tri-County Air installed my current system 12 years ago; they have done all the regular maintenance visits and a few minor repairs over the years and the service has always been excellent. Fast responses and nice people to work with are very important to me.

They responded quickly w/ a return phone call after hours on the weekend & set a time to respond. My Technician Brandon gave me a 20 minute window- arrived & solved the cooling issue.

Michael, Saturday supervisor was a great help in trying to resolve our 3-year old a/c problem [fan motor went out, no a/c in home] he sent out Butch Terry, lead technician who was wonderful & professional. Mr. Terry, in no time had a temporary fan motor in till our permanent one is received. What a wonderful company to have on your side, keep up the good work.

Great staff on phone and onsite

Our technician was professional , pleasant, and courteous.. We were packed up and ready to leave for six months, and couldn't go until we had a working unit. He was able to repair our unit quickly, and explained what was wrong and showed us the part he needed to replace.

They installed my A/C system in 2013 to the previous owner. When we purchased the house in October of 2013 they transferred the warranty to us. With annual inspections we have had little trouble over the last seven years and they have same day response to problem calls. They are one of the best here in Florida.
