Gary and the Tri County Restoration team are truly the best in the business. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I have experienced water intrusion in our condo four different times, and every single time Gary and his team showed up the very same day ready to help.

Called Gary at Tri county we suspected that there were mold behind my cabinets due to a report we received . Gary came in and got to work immediately and put tested where he could put this meter in and the meter showed that there were high amounts of mold. I was very upset and Gary calmed me down and took over my job that went as smooth as could possibly be. I am so happy to have found such a reliable responsible company I would absolutely hire him and his crew again they made the best out of a bad situation

Gary with Tri-County All Restorations did a fantastic job helping me dry out a leaky ceiling caused by my upstairs neighbors. I came home from a two-week trip to discover water intrusion and immediately called Gary. He came over right away, assessed the damage, and began the drying process without delay. My husband and I had water damage and mold in a couple of rooms due to a severe roof leak. We were referred to Gary Ackel at Tri-County All Restorations. Gary and his wife, Kim, run the company and are wonderful people.
At first, we were very apprehensive about tearing out walls and ceilings, but their crew was great and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were extremely careful with moving our belongings, and did quality work. Francisco was the person overseeing the
work each day, and he was very responsible and such a nice person. Throughout the project, we felt like we were in really good hands.
Gary and Kim are such nice people and they really cared about helping us. The communication with them was great as well. We highly recommend hiring Gary for any water damage or mold issues. Their company is the best!

This is one class company! I contracted with them earlier this year for mold remediation. Words cannot express the professionalism and genuine caring of Gary & his team. Fast forward a few months & I call Gary for water leak and concern over mold. He picked up the phone when I called and came right away. This was his day off but still out of the kindness of his heart, he came, did very thorough testing & help identify the source of the water. We will work together on the next phase. Gary and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had a leak which flooded our living room and destroyed the drywall, causing black mold. I am glad to have found Tri County All Restorations for the mold remediation needed in my condo. From the very first phone call to inquire about their services, until the last day of the work, Gary was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. He was very thorough in explaining the process ahead of the start date, and was personally there more frequently that I would have imagined to ensure everything was going smoothly and to make sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. He has a great team that accomplishes the work, and I am extremely satisfied with the results of the remediation, which unsurprisingly passed inspection the day after the work was completed. There is no better restoration company than Tri-County All Restorations. Gary, Kim and Staff are kind, honest, reliable and beyond accommodating. We discovered a mold issue in a closet and hired a mold inspector. The inspection also revealed a mold issue in a garage wall. Gary Ackel with Tri-County All Restorations met with us and provided a quote for the restoration work. During remediation, it was discovered that we had a problem with our A/C system causing condensation issues that resulted in the mold in the closet We paused remediation and Gary's wife, Kim, recommended contacting Vito at Ductz (who we ended up hiring after interviewing several other companies and were very satisfied with their services). Gary, Kim and the entire crew were all professional, courteous and hard working. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the remediation. Gary was personally involved in overseeing the project and verifying the results. After the remediation we were reinspected and are now mold free! We would definitely recommend Gary and his team based on our experience.

Our Air conditioner leaked and we had a mess in our office, bathroom and bedroom. Discovered this on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Called my insurance company and they recommended a different company to call. Looked on Yelp and their reviews were terrible. Found Tri-County had great reviews. Called Gary at 4pm on Saturday and he was out to the house in 1.5 to 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, found all the areas that had water left dryers and dehumidifiers. His team came in the next day and packed everything that needed to be moved. Recommended a mold company as well as a contractor to fix the drywall. Once we detected mold they isolated the areas and put up containment barriers so we could sleep in the room. Even left a room air conditioner so we could sleep in the bedroom. Made a bad problem easy to deal with. He was responsive to my phone calls and texts during the process. Highly recommend Tri-County should you need their services.

Gary and his guys did a great job! Charles Galvagni mold detector gave it an excellent review on his second inspection. I highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again. Note: you need to be aware that they will not take responsibility for the damaged area caused by the tape removal of the sealed area. Small complaint but worth knowing.

Gary and his team were amazing throughout our mold remediation process. They explained all the steps and took extra precaution to keep her home protected and safe. When we encountered an unexpected leak with the AC piping, the process had to be halted until the repair was made. Gary went above and beyond to oversee the plumbing contractor and make sure the work was a done right, and they were able to resume work the next day. There's also the little extras that matter - the crew was incredibly friendly, professional and punctual. They showed up every day on time. They kept noise to a minimum since I work from home. Our dog was confused by the activity and noise, and they even paid attention to her and put her at ease.
