I am glad to have found Tri County All Restorations for the mold remediation needed in my condo. From the very first phone call to inquire about their services, until the last day of the work, Gary was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. He was very thorough in explaining the process ahead of the start date, and was personally there more frequently that I would have imagined to ensure everything was going smoothly and to make sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. He has a great team that accomplishes the work, and I am extremely satisfied with the results of the remediation, which unsurprisingly passed inspection the day after the work was completed. There is no better restoration company than Tri-County All Restorations. Gary, Kim and Staff are kind, honest, reliable and beyond accommodating. They really care about their clients and treat each project as though it were their own personal mission to conquer. Their attention to detail and punctuality is a rare find now a days. I will always be indebted to them for their services. They drove hours each day to and from Miami in order to restore my home. Our Air conditioner leaked and we had a mess in our office, bathroom and bedroom. Discovered this on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Called my insurance company and they recommended a different company to call. Looked on Yelp and their reviews were terrible. Found Tri-County had great reviews. Called Gary at 4pm on Saturday and he was out to the house in 1.5 to 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, found all the areas that had water left dryers and dehumidifiers. His team came in the next day and packed everything that needed to be moved. Recommended a mold company as well as a contractor to fix the drywall. Once we detected mold they isolated the areas and put up containment barriers so we could sleep in the room. Even left a room air conditioner so we could sleep in the bedroom. Made a bad problem easy to deal with. He was responsive to my phone calls and texts during the process. Highly recommend Tri-County should you need their services.

They were prompt, efficient and completed the remediation of my condo. They kept me informed thru each stage and provided photos of all processes. I highly recommend this very knowledgeable company.

I had a mess on my hands and tri county where the people who helped me get thru my nightmare they where very professional and did very quality work I would definitely hire them again I hope I never have to go thru this again but these guys are the best and at a great price too if you need mold removal or anything of the sort please hire tri county you won't be disappointed 5 star review for sure. We hired Tri County All Restorations for our water dry out and mold remediation on a rental property that we have in Florida. We received a call from our tenant that there was a water leak in our condo, we called Tri County, and they went out immediately and located the leak in a polybutylene pipe. They were able to turn the water off and begin the dry out. We received updates throughout the process and a detailed report along with color picture was provided. There was quiet a bit of mold through out the condo, we hired Tri County for Mold remediation, and they once again did an excellent job, the workers were hard working, kind and honest. We do, not live in Florida, so it was very stressful not being there, however Tri-County went above and beyond to ease our stress. My tenant commented on what a great job they did. I would highly recommend Tri-County for your dry out and mold remediation needs.

Awesomeness professional incredible service from Owner office staff and workers Constant communication every day during remediation even as late as 10pm. They took the horrible stress U was having and helped us from beginning to end ,never ever ignoring a call text or email I think the owner Gary Axel is Suoerhuman. Kim and Fawn in office are expedient and so professional. They make you feel so important!

Gary was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about my water damage issue. He called to let me know his ETA. He provided a good resolution to my issue and even took my water damaged materials away which saved me the hassle. I highly recommend this company.
