A total waste of time and money. I am not at all sure how these folks can still be in business. They charged $850 for a pre-purchase home inspection; however, it is hard to believe that they actually inspected anything.. Examples: When we arrived after the purchase, we found that there was a very noticeable gas leak in the outdoor propane tank (gas company replaced multiple components), a gas fire pit that was inoperable (anther repair) and another major leak in the stove, which resulted in a red tag (significant risk of explosion), the stove being taken it offline for two weeks and another repair. Interior door was stuck almost completely shut. Several exterior doors were completely inoperable or broken. The inspector can not have even tried to open them. I could go on, and on, but what a waste of time and money.... When I called to complain, all I got was an expletive-filled stream of screaming. By far the most incompetent home inspection work I have seen....
