Had issues from house to grinder pump, Tri-County came out on Monday, couldn't resolve, came back Tuesday with backhoe, found, and resolved problem. Good bunch of guys. Hope I never need them, but if I do, I know who to call.

i scheduled two separate appointments. After no contact the day of the first appointment i called tricounty who informed me that the home advisor system was down and the could not contact me. i rescheduled today, again no show no contact and no one answers the phone....worthless referral

They came out as soon as they could, worked at it until the drain was unclogged and clear. Used the new technology to video and use the hydrojet as it was a tough clog from years of build-up in the drain.

I would highly recommend Tri-County Drain Specialists!!!! Shad was dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had 2 other contractors out and they could not fix our problem with our drains. He stated he would not leave until the problem was fixed and he was a man of his word. His price was more than fair also. I will hire Shad back to fix some other problems we are encountering.

Tim is the easist contractor I ever worked with he is professional great to work with . knows his job no messing around. Tim gave me a very reasonable price. I will hire him again whenever I need plumbing. He went out of his way to satisfy me on a outside drain repair. He is now working a estimate for my basement.Excellent !!!
