They are friendly and curious, do a though job and clean up afterwards. They assessed the problem, took care of it and then made sure everything was in working order before they left. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing work done in the future. I am comfortable recommending them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Kevin was able to schedule quickly. He did an excellent job with the sump and drain installation. He was in and out in a day. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend.

The first appointment they made with me did not take place because they claimed they could not later that day get in touch with me, claiming they called me, but I received no such call and I had to endure another half-a-day with my stopped-up drain and emptying buckets of water. There are two Kevin's, which is confusing, with one on the initial contact, but another who came out the next day. They should mention it was a father-son duo. The quality itself was excellent, but merely coming out for just a few minutes and using my own plunger I should not be charged for the full amount, which was $110 for an hour. A pro-rated charge of the full hourly rate would have been fairer for the customer. Another thing is when one Kevin on the phone saying the price should be higher than what Home Advisor listed, but when I pointed out to the other Kevin who showed up, he gave me the listed price on Home Advisor, although I also made that clear to the initial contact when I first called the day before.

The gentleman that came was very courteous and he did what he said he would. I will definitely use this company again and recommended them without reservation to anyone who needs drain help.

Very satisfied with their work. It seems from my experience that it is always a challenge to find the right plumbing service provider who will do a great job. Tri County has been exceptional.

We were so pleased with Tri-County Drain and Sewer and would recommend them to others. Kevin, the owner, called us shortly after we found them on Home Advisor, we discussed the problem and made an appointment for the same afternoon. He and his associate arrived on time and were very polite. He asked a few more questions and he found the location of the problem immediately and went to work. They were very efficient and solved the problem quickly and made sure the drain was working properly before they left. We were so pleased with how they cleaned up after themselves. They even went an extra mile and made an adjustment to our water heater while they were here. We would call Kevin at Tri-County Drain and Sewer if we have another problem and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and competent plumber at a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Tri County. I had an immediate call from the owner to review what I needed done and to schedule a time. They arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately went to work. They were extremely courteous and considerate and very professional. They took great care with what they did. After two attempts to clear the drain we thought it was unsuccessful and Kevin would need to come by and evaluate for a larger job..but now it seems the drain actually is clear and working fine, so the larger job may not be needed. We're waiting and periodically running a load of laundry through to watch and see what happens before we make that decision. I do plan to call Tri County again in the near future, however, for some other work I have in mind. I am very pleased with their honesty and integrity and will recommend them to others as often as I can. Thank you!

I wrote an earlier review but needed to add. While their service was good, when it came to my clogged drain and they really weren't going to give up until it was clear; they were professional. However they broke my washing machine while attempting to flush a line. When we contacted them for them to repair/replace it they denied breaking it and wouldn't even consider our request. They were the only ones that touched it while they were here and it worked when they got to the house and didn't work after they messed with it. They eventually said they would split the cost of a new part (the timing dial was broken) or repair. Given that the timing dial is what was broken by the crew and it would have cost more to get a new part and have it fixed than to just buy a new washer, we decided to buy a new washer. So not only did I pay them to fix my plumbing I had to buy a new washer. So what should have been a decent amount to fix my plumbing cost me double because they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. If you do hire them don't let them touch anything that isn't pipes.

Kevin and his crew were extremely professional. We had a very bad clog and knew it was going to take time and effort. Kevin was not going to give up. We are very pleased with the work that was done. They cleaned after they were finished and made sure it looked the same as when they arrived. Highly recommend and we will call them for all our future plumbing needs.

Our water main broke in the front yard. Kevin and his crew promptly came to our house in 3 degree weather, performed the excavation and installed a new line. The work was done in a highly professional manner, and the job site was left in great shape. I would recommend Tri-County to anyone.

No one likes to spend money on replacing big ticket items in their home, but Kevin and his team clearly explained why, my water heater needed replacing. I feel the price was fair (I did my research), they were on time, fast and professional. I am very pleased!

Replaced a faucet in shower and fixed the pipes. Kevin, Joey and Kevin were wonderful. They went above and beyond with what started as what I would consider an easy fix. They came out first thing and got right to work. The work is excellently done and reasonable priced. For the same job we were quoted over what they charged. They took the time an explained what was going on and kept me informed of any changes to price. I will use them for any future plumbing repairs and highly recommend them. You will not go wroing with having them for your plumbing repairs.
