Courteous, neat, thoughtful about how they were installing cabinets when glitches came up, problem solvers, once on the job they worked continously, reasonably priced, no hidden extras in original install quote. Will use Tri-County again for other construction projects in my home.

Bruno was a nice guy and good to work with. Scheduling was a little complicated but not too difficult. Price and craftsmanship were good. My only complaint is asthetics. Why wasn't the paint on my new risers selected to match the adjacent trim? Both are white but different shades so it looks strange. Also my existing top step was not restained to match as part of the job. I understand that it was not included int he quote but nonetheless does not look good and Bruno didn't anticipate this. He gave me the stain to do it myself but overall the staircase could look fantastic and instead just looks good.

I've used him on several projects and have come to trust and depend on his professionalism, efficiency, timeliness and follow up should anything need further attention. I would not hesitate to refer his services to anyone looking for a highly rated contractor.
